Walk in the store last Saturday want to buy some jeans but wasn't offer no help at all. Everyone act like they was busy putting stuff up.

Georgia was wonderful and helpful! She knew what would fit me best and made appropriate suggestions.She also offered to order online for me when they didn’t have my size in a style! They go up to size 18 in store and can order anything with free shipping for you. The store was well stocked, organized & clean. I will definitely be back!

I was charged twice for the same transaction. I filled out a dispute form. How was this possible? One transaction, one authorization number with double charges? I will never shop here again!

Went here shopping for work clothes. I got in the store at 7:45 and was greeted by a young woman standing at the counter. This was her greeting, "We close in 15 minutes" That was it. If brick and mortar stores eventually do go away, it'll be because of clueless twits like this.

I spend hundreds of dollars here a year. I grabbed 511's when I meant to grab 512's. have the receipt but took off tags. the website CLEARLY states it's no problem if I have the receipt. Went to exchange them - not return, not get a refund, and they said their store specifically doesn't allow exchanges. I said the website says otherwise. The manager moved a strategically placed clothing rack that was blocking a handmade (Microsoft word) sign with small print that says this store specifically wont exchange items. I don't believe they're allowed to be the only Levi's in America that doesn't do exchanges, so I'll have to file a complaint with the BBB.

I bought 2 pairs of jeans for Christmas in November and when asked on the return policy I was told they extend it out into January for holiday purchases. I got home and realized one was the wrong size. I was not able to get back in til after the holiday. I brought that pair back the day after Christmas within the return policy, but management refused to do an even exchange that day. I needed to wear those pants that weekend, so I had to buy 4 more with the current event in the correct size and was told to come back in January and they would be able to refund the original pair or exchange it one for one again. I hadn’t been able to come back in until mid January. I come in January and the current manager was different than the one I talked to the day after Christmas and she refused an even exchange. She said she would have to charge me the full price for the new pair since I was only getting one now. At this point I am beyond frustrated, I’m like that isn’t how even exchanges work and they are the same price and style jean. She was like then I’ll just refund you the price minus the discount for returning one pair which means I had to pay full price on the pair that had been kept and I’d have to pay full price on a new pair. I was outraged. I felt like I had no choice but to only get a store credit for $49 when the pants $70. Don’t ever trust a single thing management says, they do not honor their word and they do not do anything fairly. I would have taken an even exchange, but they were greedy and wanted me to buy another pair to count for the discount today. Outrageous.

The two employees there were talking about coughing and sneezing but not having a fever, and one of them was coughing a TON!!! Why not mask up instead of coughing into your shirt if you’re sick ?

This was my very first time entering this store and was looking for some jeans since I haven't bought any for myself in years and this very nice lady named Gaby. I believe from NY she has long black hair and glasses she was very helpful from when I walked in and showed me the different options that I could choose from and took her time with me. She made my shopping experience all worth it and singed me up for the email so I can get future deals and notifications. I will be personally coming back because of Gaby she made all the difference thanks again!!!
