Came in to get a Red Sox hat today. The guy working at the store [Parker I think] was beyond amazing! He went well beyond the expectation to find my kiddo a hat he was really looking forward to finding but we just could not find in town. He even helped us get the brim shaped to better fit my kiddo. And get this, we came in a few min before closing and he didn't make us feel rushed, instead he took his time to help us find the perfect hat. Truly an exceptional person working at this location, hope Lids leadership sees his work!

There is two locations in the Round Rock Outlets. The one with the 2 bigger guys is the absolute worst. The white guy in charge there looks like he HATES his job and tries to discourage you from getting anything done because he's so lazy. Bad attitude all around and poor customer service. It also looks like the other location employees (girl and guy) also have problems with his attitude. (Those two guy and girl from the first location were amazing.) We had to be sent to the 2nd location bc their location's machine wasn't working. I had to convince him to do it. Distasteful experience.

Went in to exchange a jersey for a different size. Original one never worn and had the tags and receipt. The new size was the same price as the originally and they still made me pay an extra $33 for my exchange. Will not be returning to lids anymore.

Shout out to the Homie at the Smaller Lids location in RR outlet mall!! Just picked a new Raiders lid for the NFL season?. I'm terrible at remembering names but Great customer service I'll definitely be back to buy another lid..??

My son went in and ordered a custom embroidered hat that he paid for in store. Was only given a yellow pick up slip, no receipt. Went back to pick up and is told they couldn’t make the hat due to the Spanish wording translating explicitly. Not really… and it’s an inside joke, meant to be a prank gift. Wouldn’t refund the embroidery portion to him. Cashier that took his order never explained how any of this worked, and also charged him for the premium pass which we discovered after we asked for a re-print of the original receipt. Since when does a business take an order from a 15yr old, hv him sign for it, and automatically subscribe him for something without parental consent?!? Shame on you Lids!. Keep in mind there is no corporate or store signage with stipulations. Nor does the slip he “signed” state anything about explicit material, only trademarking. Eventually the manager contacted his supervisor that authorized the refund, but now I’m concerned they scammed him for an automatic subscription to something that he didn’t provide any email or phone number to, they just took his card. Terrible business!

We originally went into the Lids (Fanatics by Lids) with the jerseys and were completely ignored the entire time while they had the most random conversation. We circled the store twice and left and they never said a word to us. We went into this Lids store (the smaller one) and were immediately greeted by Jordan and she told us about the sale starting up on Thursday and she was very enthusiastic and made us feel welcomed. Definitely coming back this weekend to get a couple hats!

Have to change review, the employee was not helpful or friendly! The music playing overhead was vulgar and inappropriate for kids that were in there, reported to Lids corporate and got nothing!
