My job uses this location for its shipping for our equipment, and the staff here is quick to respond and has great communication with customers. They also help move small and middle-sized shipped boxes to the storage units, but anything larger, you would need to be here for that. Overall we've had zero issues with this location. Highly recommend.
Recently we upgraded our unit to a bigger size and moved a few other workers' equipment here since this location and its staff are amazing. Highly recommend this location in Round Rock.

This storage unit has been very accommodating. I love the real advice that the workers give. The information on In-Climate vs. outside isn’t common knowledge, so it was very helpful to have an employee explain the pros/cons. Mrs. Jessica was very sweet to me. Her customer service is unmatched! 10/10 , definitely going to recommend to family and friends!
