On my first visit Chad showed me around and gave me helpful information regarding the size and location of the units. The next day I met with Lance who completed the paperwork and I was able to begin moving items in right away. These guys were attentive to our needs and very personable. The units are in excellent condition and very easy to access. I am happy with this decision to use Extra Space Storage.

Lance Wayman was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he explained the terms and conditions thoroughly. By the time I left the facility, I felt confident that I made the right choice entrusting my stuff there. The grounds also felt clean and secure.

The reservation process is the most upfront and transparent compared to other companies and I believe you have the option to pay with cash upon arrival without a credit card. The prices and fees are more than reasonable for climate and non climate controlled units. The levels of customer service from staff are nothing short of exemplary. Ask for Mr. Lance or Mr Andrew and they will get you taken care of in a fast, effective, and unbelievably customer friendly manner. These men will go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and you can rest assured your unit and belongings are secured without worry. This location comes highly recommend. Check them out and you'll understand why Extra Space located at 550 s IH 35 and McNeil Round Rock TX is your go to for all of your storage needs. Remember to be sure to ask for Mr. Lance and Mr.Andrew those two are the best. Thanks for everything guys.

Lance Wayman was extremely helpful when at the last minute we needed a storage unit for my Mom. Renting the unit was quick and seamless and the unit was nice and clean. When the movers left a mess he notified us and gave us plenty of time to clean up instead of charging us. We really appreciate Lance's great customer service!!
