One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Manager Bella closes the storage and blames us for the responsibility of the business. They lose our lock key as well. Then they cut it and ask us to pay for the lock. Then they destroyed the latch with their grinder.
We come out of town and the manager balmes us for her calling off for some “family emergency”
Corporate needs to replace her and address the situation. I will never do business with them again.
Extremely rude and bad customer service.
