I just had the pleasure of speaking with Martha at Extra Space Storage, and she was an absolute blessing. I called in to cancel my account, and she made the whole process so easy. She was super helpful, patient, and incredibly kind the entire time.
My belongings were always well kept and easily accessible 24/7, which gave me real peace of mind. It’s rare these days to come across customer service that feels this genuine, and because of how well I was treated, I’ll absolutely be using this facility again.
Big thanks to Martha for turning something that could’ve been a hassle into a smooth, stress-free experience. She truly went above and beyond!

staff is friendly and helpful but they will double your rent cost the month before and only provide notice via letter in the mail. My rent price went from $45 a month to $95 a month. This happened 3 times, each time my rent was to double. I caught it the first two times and called and the staff had to put a request in to have the rent adjusted to a more reasonable increase ($10 twice). I did not get this letter this time since I moved and was stuck paying $95. I am going to be moving my things before the end of the month.
