Been a customer since 2013. Front desk staff was amazingly helpful and have been wver since Life Storage acquired them. I recently moved out, but the facility on FM 620 in Round Rock is the best facility I've ever used, is always clean, and I have never had a single problem in the decade I've been there.

Mine was a 2-part experience. First, I met and had many of my questions answered by Martha.
I came back later and worked with Michael, who was very helpful in answering my last questions, showing me my unit, and signing me up for the service. All of these processes were smooth and pleasant. Kudos to both.
The facility itself is clean and in great shape. The floor design is wonderful, and I’m delighted to have a covered area available for when I move my treasures into their new home.

I recently moved to the area and had a brief but very pleasant rental experience at LifeStorage, the staff is courteous with great attitude, and answered all my questions. Additionally the place seems to be clean and well taken care off, keepup the marvelous work guys:)

I have nothing but great things to say about life storage! Every interaction has been friendly, helpful and prompt. Martha has continued to be a huge help every step of the way. I will definitely be recommending this facility to others!

Very clean very polite staff always willing to help. I had no problems the past few years using this facility I have no complaints at all. They did a great job and they do a great job keeping it clean.

The employees were nice and polite. The storages were clean, well kept and its nice and cool inside. It’s definitely the best place to store your stuff in my opinion

I did a Personal Organizer project in some storages of this unit and was very well assisted by the worker Michael Ocel. He provided me and my team with all the necessary support for our work in the storage. The place is very clean and well air-conditioned. I highly recommend it.

I’m in my 50s and have lived in 8 states. There’s been storage units involved... Just sayin’… Life Storage made it easy to rent their high value unit. I was personally contacted via a person and voice after securing the rental online to welcome me and discuss some of the details. Michael and Martha made each visit welcoming and aided me with doors etc. Entry easy. There are always carts to use. Place is always spotless. Life Storage is now my “unit of measure” when it comes to storage facilities.

We have two units at the Round Rock location, and Martha was incredibly kind and helpful! She went out of her way to help us when we couldn’t access our units. She drilled the locks out and patiently made sure to get us a new lock and took care of us! If you need a unit in the area, please have Martha help you!

Newer storage facility with excellent parking and covered loading area. Clean and climate controlled. Free use of 4 wheel carts and dollies!
