Very rude stuff. I have found a lost credit card on the floor, and give it to a guy working in the store. Surprised with an aggressively rude response. Before that another guy from stuff was speaking in a rude manner with another customer. It looks like rudeness is very welcome here.

The person running the register was very disrespectful on 2/16/24 around 6:30 pm. He would walk away to work on orders and mutter rude comments about the customers while walking towards the back. Then walk to front like everything was okay. I understand it’s a Friday night and you all were busy, but that’s not an excuse to be rude. Other than the poor customer service, the pizza was fine. Possible additional training for him would be helpful. I see that another review has a photo of him with a negative experience as well.

Pizza is exactly what you would expect and hope to get from Little Caesars! Great quality for the price. The app is definitely the way to order... Order, pop in, pick up, and roll out!

So glad people see how horrible this place is the customer service is horrendous and if you are going to have one person in the back at least make sure they aren’t rude the old man with the tattoos is just downright rude how is this place even running just shut it down

The first thing that I noticed when I walked in was that the floor was all dirty. Also when I was taking my order it took 1 hour and they weren't giving me my order so I told him that if I could get my money back. But he said no because your order is already being made. so I asked for my money back but they didn't want to and refused to give it back so I just gave up and left. Overall I wouldn't go here andymore if I was you because the service was bad and last time I found a insect in my pizza. I wouldn't recommend going here if I was you.

I can honestly say that we just had the worst experience at this location. We have never visited this store and we won't be back unless it's to maybe accomplish getting contact information for the district manager's/franchise owners, someone in charge of the manager employed there, or at the very least information on how we can escalate a complaint. We tried calling several times and decided to stop by on our way home. It was late so I just figured they were busy and couldn't answer the phone. I also realize that because we pulled up at 10:40 there was a possibility that it would be to late to order.I can guarantee that any bad review here is probably 100% accurate. My bf went in and the young man up front was nice. He said his manager told him to turn off the phones and quit taking orders and that they were out of dough. My boyfriend just asked a few more questions and wanted to know if that was the case why weren't they just closed. No big deal, but the manager was super rude and zero customer service skills. He refused to give my boyfriend info on who to file a complaint to, not because they were out of pizza dough but because of his behavior. If this was my business I would be seriously concerned to learn how he treats customers. I have never written a Google review for a place of business, I've been in customer service for over 20 years and I know everyone has bad days but when I got home and looked at the reviews for this location, I realized this store has a major problem. Oh yeah, it ended with him threatening to call the police?? It was really bizarre. Anyways I'd caution you to stay away from this place.

Gattis School road in Round Rock Texas... How do I contact the regional manager? The store manager is out of control! I'm not sure if anybody reads this, but somebody should really look into this.. the guy that claims to be the manager is abrasive, rude, and threatening! Other reviews of this store will corroborate this. This guy poses an actual threat to would be customers!

The place seems abandoned from a war because it is practically empty and with a lot of dust and dirt, which would seem to have been chosen for a Hollywood movie for some scenes in a place where there is a lot of economic problems. Here it seems they don't know the chemicals to clean, not even a cloth, there are no brooms.There is a lack of Latin people who are ahead of this place, the one on North Lamar is cleaner and it is busierTell the Manager that there are no Sodas in the Refrigerator
