I’m super impressed with the Loft Outlet In Round Rock. I needed both business and casual clothes and I found everything I was looking for in one stop. One staff member in particular, Kristine, helped me with different sizes and gave me very candid advice on how things fit and how they looked. It really helped me decide…I might’ve decided on a lot, but that’s totally on me lol 🥳
I’m so happy and I have a great start to my new personal wardrobe season. Thank you Anne Taylor loft! See you next time, Kristine!

A few days ago, my mother went into the store and was on the fence about purchasing some pants. The associate made snarky/condescending comments to my mom about her indecision about buying the pants. She ended up buying the one pair, has the receipt for the one pair of pants, but upon checking her bank account she saw she was charged twice. She confronted Nicole (Assoc #6881670) about being charged twice, who responded along the lines of “I don’t know, the computer did that”. She left with no help. My mom came back the next day and was met with Nicole again who told her a manager wasn’t available, and gave my mom a phone number she, herself, had to call to inquire about a refund. So after another interaction of being unhelpful, my mom returned the pants and only the returned pants got refunded into her account. She bought one pair, returned one pair, but has still been charged for a second/duplicate pair and this company is refusing to help her get her money back. Save your money and shop where there are more professional associates.

horrible customer service. lady at the cash register with the long nails was super rude. selection is also poor and overpriced.

I wish i could give this store a o cause this black cashier was so un friendly i spent a hundred dollars on a dress she never thank me nor looked at me i like good customer service experience she did not i almost didny buy the dress black girl go to hell

Walked in ready to shop for bottoms that can be worn both casually and for work. The two girls near the front of the store were gossiping on about something (I could hear their conversation). They barely looked up and didn't greet me. Fine. So I browsed and grabbed a pair of pants that I liked that wasn't in my size. Was gonna ask a question about them. Still, the girls stood there enjoying their conversation. Ms. Audrey was working the fitting room and saw that I was looking around, and she very nicely greeted me. The girls looked on as I thanked Audrey who did what she could from her post. I clearly stated that I had hoped to find my size and that I was looking to buy pants that were not skinny jeans. Still, they turned and continued laughing and talking then relocated to the petite section as if my needing help bothered their convo. They continued on never saying a single word to me, or to anyone else, and I decided to spend money elsewhere. Shame. They had a good selection. This happened at 4:30p today. Amazing place a lot of new Styles. Very clean dressing rooms, and very helpful employees ready to help when needed. Everybody was in a happy mood. Made me feel good to shop there!! We will be back! Oh and they had teacher discounts!!? yay!!
