Early October I ordered new windows after the hail storm. They promised him December 2nd. They were actually installed in January and the door didn't fit. The door won't be reinstalled until February. That's just a hell of a long time not to have windows.

Does anybody actually work at Lowes? I want to replace my kitchen counter and cabinets, and have been to Lowes 3 times and there is never anybody in that department. I have never been asked if I needed help while looking at the samples....

I manage rental property and needed to replace rental kitchen cabinets. I got a great discount on price. However, the estimated delivery time was 3 weeks at first, then changed to 7 weeks, and then again to more like 10 weeks. I let the associates know up front this is rental and time sensitive. I called to find out where my order was 7 weeks in. they gave me a delivery date. That date came and went. I called lowes corporate and they found out that the manufacturing had not yet begun. Lowes cost me over $10k in lost revenue due to lack of communication and not properly setting expectations. Avoid Lowes if you run a business. Their MPV program is useless. Most of my major purchases never appeared on my account even after they said that that they would go back and add it in. Apparently, that's not possible according to another associate. Home Depot is much better and easier to work with.

Don't believe what they say, they took 3 months to install my Levalor verticals. Do it yourself and save yourself time and money.

This Lowe's is not close to my house but it's on the way to my girlfriend's house in Pfluger Rock. Very often that makes it more convenient for me.You can't expect as much service at these big box stores as you can at a plumbing or electrical specialty shop. I'm not sure it's where I'd shop for remodeling work either, simply because accountability is low. And honestly customer service since the pandemic is terrible everywhere.But for the I'm going to do it myself amateur, most of the time you just need parts to work with. Whether that's heat shrink tubing or a sprinkler head or a new fluorescent ballast, they've got that stuff. And they sell it from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days a week. And they're almost never that busy so parking is a hassle or there are long lines to check out.If you came here to be treated like royalty you came to the wrong place. Period. Get over it. But if you came for something you need in a hurry to make something else work, you came to the right place.

The two managers on duty today were disrespectful to their own employee, who had worked there 25 years, and the customers. Their names were Mark and Sabrina. We were trying to apply an e gift certificate toward our $1500 purchase of a washer/dryer. Their system was having a hard time processing it. We patiently wait over an hour while the employee worked hard to try to solve it. The managers offered no help and walked away when we expressed frustration. What happened to good customer service?

DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING INSTALLED FROM LOWES: BEWAREI don't even know why I bother writing a review, I guess I don't want anyone else to go through what I have gone through. I purchased 4 toilets for my home, as well as Lowe's installation. We waited two weeks, the toilets came in and the installer was scheduled to install. We waited all day, called several times: no installer, no calls back. Turns out Lowe's has a 3rd party "Handy" that handles the installs. I called Lowe's they said they can have another installer come on Friday, so we wait until Friday. I notice that I get charged for the 4 toilets AND two installation fees in the amount of $960! I was charged twice!! So anyway, the installer shows up on Friday with 3 toilets, not 4. Turns out Lowe's broke one. The installer decided that these toilets were too difficult to install. The measurements all fit the install specs, yet he said that he wouldn't install them. I thought he measured or tried one in the installation site, yet he didn't even take it out of the box!He asked me to get 4 toilets that would fit, so the installer sent me to the store to find 4 toilets that he approved. I bought the toilets. I brought them home. He said that he didn't want to stay and install unless I gave him another $200. I told him the install window was from 8-3 and it was only 930, so if I wanted the toilets installed, I had to pay him another $200. My family needed the toilets and I was desperate. So I went to cash machine and got him the money. After he was finished, and I paid him, he THEN REFUSED to take the old toilets! This was part of the $960 "free haul away of old toilets". We then had to pay ANOTHER $65 to have ANOTHER person haul away the toilets after a week with old toilets in my living room! After I lugged these unused 3 toilets back to the store and asked for a refund, turns out they wanted to pay me back in STORE CREDIT. This was over $3500 in toilets and installation PLUS the second $960 that was double charged! They owed me well over $4000 dollars!!! I then had to call 4 different numbers, spoke to 10 different people. They gave me a number for corporate customer service. GET THIS: They said if I want to have a refund then I will have to dispute the charges with my bank because they will not issue a refund. That RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN. I WILL NEVER RETURN!

So sick of the experience at this store. I get there early to purchase something at 6am. Manager is gracious to let me in 2 minutes early, then an employee questions me possibly indicating why I'm in the store shopping. Have had several negative experiences with this same individual that works by the bbq section. Really wish the guy would just quit. Just feels wrong feeling like someone thinks you're trying to steal something when you're there early to spend money. Unbelievable.Will never step inside this store again. Will always order online or curbside from now on.

I ordered a refrigerator from this location and when they delivered, I noticed the shelves were bent and the door handles were missing. After speaking to the Appliance manager, he had the fridge picked up and a new one sent. When they delivered the second fridge, I noticed the handles were missing again, but I accepted the delivery because we were moving soon and needed a fridge. I have tried calling the Round Rock Lowe's multiple times and I have not been able to reach the appliance manager or get any help from the staff. The staff in appliances have been especially unhelpful with one person in particular always giving me the run-around. I understand that the fridge issue is a problem with the manufacturer, but it doesn't explain why the service at Lowe's has been so horrible. When I call, I usually get into a never ending loop of being transferred to customer service and I'm regularly hung up on if I'm on hold for too long. I'm hopeful that my review can help change things at this location, but given all the other crappy reviews, management here doesn't seem to care. I will not being doing business at this Lowe's anymore and you shouldn't either.
