Do NOT do curbside here! Waited 45 minutes, no apology, no explanation, and I had to call them twice! I’m disabled or I would’ve gone in and gotten it myself. If customer service, or your time is important to you, skip this location and go to the neighboring Home Depot instead. MUCH faster and FAR more courteous.

Not good. There were 8-10 people in line at the garden center check out. All with large amounts of items. Only one cashier who never called for backup. My husband finally went to find a young man who came immediately to open another register.

Good variety of easy to find products. Most all associates are knowledgeable and friendly but can be hard to find.

Four large pavers were delivered by a Lowe’s contractor in front of the garage where I keep my car. I had asked that they be delivered elsewhere and specified that on the order. I called Lowe’s Round Rock and spoke to a manager, Diego. Diego agreed to send someone to move these heavy pavers for us. Within half an hour, Pablo arrived and moved the pavers with ease. It was a very positive experience. Thank Pablo and Diego!

I visited Lowe’s today and Pablo greeted me right away and helped me choose the best trees for my yard. When I had more detailed questions, he brought over Noel, and the three of us had a great discussion about which trees and succulents would thrive in my part of Texas. Super knowledgeable and friendly!
Michelle, the manager, was also amazing—she got me set up with same-day delivery and made the process smooth and easy. Everyone was genuinely kind and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Highly recommend this team!

Lowe’s installation is a joke. We bought a new dishwasher and set up installation for it a couple days later just have the third party install team call and cancel the day of install because the dishwasher wasn’t in stock at the store. The third party told us we just had to wait for it to become in stock and get notified by Lowe’s. 2 days later we called and found out that the dishwasher is at the store and ready for instal and that WE WOULD GET A CALL TO SET UP ANOTHER INSTALLATION DATE. They never called us, we had to chase them down to FINALLY get a second installment date. When I asked the installment employee on the phone why we were ghosted and we had to do all the calling and chasing down of Lowe’s to get what we paid for, he didn’t have an answer for us. The FACT that someone needs to call and set up the install but never does is next to stealing for me. They took my money and haven’t done their part AT ALL. It’s getting installed this Thursday (hopefully) so I will be updating this with what happens when they actually do show up to do their job.

Wanted help in finding an item 2 employees were helping one customer .one employee was rude and said we are helping this customer you need to wait til we are free. When he did tryed to help he pretending not to know what I was looking for .nit good service

When to buy a rake and THREE employees stopped to try and sell me solar, and one a credit card.
I'm here to buy a $20 rake. You see the rake in my hand and think I should get a credit card to help finance this?
The audacity of this place to try and pressure me THREE TIMES to go thousands of dollars into debt for solar and to finance a rake with a credit card is shameful. I will not be here again. The greed knows no bounds.
