I have never seen cashiers TRY to take their time before. Line is snaked through the store, manager isn’t helping, the people at the registers are eating food behind the counter, and the line is growing

Marshalls addict here-The overall condition of the store needs significant improvement. The store was dusty, and there were several items of clothing on the floor, along with numerous broken hangers. Long garments were dragging on the ground and should be displayed on higher racks to prevent them from becoming dirty.
The fitting rooms were extremely dusty and in need of a deep clean. The floors should be mopped regularly, and attention should be paid to cleaning the edges and corners thoroughly.
Merchandise on the racks was overcrowded, making it difficult to browse. The layout of the store is poorly designed—there is very limited space, making it challenging for multiple customers to shop in the same area at once. Additionally, racks of clothing being restocked by staff are often left in the middle of the floor, further restricting movement and disrupting the shopping experience.
Overall, the store requires a thorough cleaning and a complete reassessment of its layout and merchandising strategy to improve accessibility and customer satisfaction.
That said, one bright spot is the friendly and attentive Latina associate (sorry, I forget her name) who works in the fitting rooms. She’s always so pleasant and welcoming, and her positive energy truly makes trying on clothes a fun and enjoyable experience.

Very disappointed with the manager at this store. They don’t answer questions, don’t offer any help, and completely ignore customers. Terrible customer service from someone who should be setting the example.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this Marshall location,

particularly from the store manager. I attempted to return an item that was well within the return policy, yet the manager refused to process the return without providing a clear explanation. To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude throughout the interaction—speaking in a condescending tone and showing zero willingness to help or listen.
Instead of being helpful or professional, the manager was dismissive and made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I’ve always trusted Marshall’s for fair service, but this experience has left me questioning whether customer satisfaction still matters to them. I hope this issue is addressed, and no other customers are treated the same way.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Marshalls location due to the behavior of a manager named Vanessa. My visit started with a simple question about returning an item I had purchased using Apple Pay. When I asked why I couldn’t return the item, Vanessa was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping us understand the return policy, she immediately became confrontational.
She insisted that I present the original card—even though the purchase was made through Apple Pay—and wouldn’t allow me to try any card linked to the same account. Her attitude was unprofessional and aggressive throughout the interaction. To make matters worse, she eventually asked us to leave the store, even though we were calm and just trying to clarify the issue.
I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Marshalls, but this experience left me shocked and frustrated. I hope corporate looks into this situation, because no customer deserves to be treated like that.

This store is so consistently understaffed All of the staff always looks like they have lost their will to live. The lines are almost never worth the wait. This store always has supper cute purses. But honestly I am about ready to give up on this store for T.J. Max in wolf Ranch. You might not find as cute as product but you aren't waiting over 20 min every single time you go and the staff is happy and will joke with you. This store is the perfect exsample of poor work culture (lack of support and asked to go to the moon.)
