They are shameless, they charge you more, they do not tell you when they are going to charge you extra charges and they do not inform you that if you want to change a telephone line you can do it online. I don't come here anymore, they should close them

Went to the store and opened a new line, got a new phone with the promotion and the man that helped me was so helpful and made it a really easy and quick process. Great customer service.

Lines are crazy long, they only have one employee working. After an hour wait the employee did not speak English. Very poor service experience. Last time I will offer to pay my sisters phone bill for her. Total nightmare.

The employees behind the counter have not been properly trained. They lack communication skills and proper work ethic, Extremely unprofessional and they TRY very hard to up charge you. Also, there is no manager or supervisor on site that could help their incompetent employees.Wasted 4 hours at this location.
