Lines are crazy long, they only have one employee working. After an hour wait the employee did not speak English. Very poor service experience. Last time I will offer to pay my sisters phone bill for her. Total nightmare.

The employees behind the counter have not been properly trained. They lack communication skills and proper work ethic, Extremely unprofessional and they TRY very hard to up charge you. Also, there is no manager or supervisor on site that could help their incompetent employees.Wasted 4 hours at this location.

The employees and this store is racist I as a 14-year-old minor was called on by the police they eased dropped on a private conversation and call the police on us my mom wasn't even in the store at the time and they claimed that she was yelling at them RAC ism black people don't come in the store unless you want to see racism they wouldn't speak to me when I had a camera out but they were fine when there was no camera they pretended not to know English they were being extremely racist the woman is eased dropped on a conversation and they refuse to serve us they banded Us for being black extremely racist by these Mexican/Puerto Rican

Came w my ID as the 800 folks told me to do I had my phone stolen and they could not suspend it my phone. Because they couldn't send me a code. Then they ask when I opened my account no clue. Also how much was my last bill. No clue had to check w my bank who had to SHUT my account down. Unbelievable

Bad service, ladies working there don't know what they are doing!! I was waiting for them to fix a mistake they did with my payment and one of the girls was just flirting with the all the guys that came in ! That's not professional ... plus they never answer the store phone, this store needs to get new staff

DO NOT SHOP here before Christmas and waste your time! Called 30 minutes ago to confirm Moto G Power in stock, it is not but was told Moto Pure is in stock. Went to the store right after and shop is closed. Woman said closed for inventory. Asked how long and was told again closed for inventory go to another store. This phone will be late for Christmas but I will be ordering an unlocked phone online. Woman rude and should have told me before heading over there. Bad experience and waste of my limited time.

Had to wait along time ,still never got to make my payment at store. Clerk was to busy chatting with a lady. I waited about 40 plus mins, and I was next inline all this time Had to leave and finally made my payment online.Poor service at this location. Very dissatisfied.?

I was a Sprint customer, which merged with T-Mobile. This caused my phone to not be able to call any numbers except 800 numbers. I could receive calls without issue. Due to this, I had to get a new SIM card to be on the T-Mobile network. I went to the one at 1700 E. Palm Valley Blvd. They had no clue what they were doing. Replaced my SIM card & my phone wouldn't work. Instead of putting my old SIM card back in, they said I had to call Apple. I called Apple. The tech was not helpful at all. He had no clue and I do mean zero clue. He stated it would take 2 weeks to resolve the issue and that I would have to make an appointment to go by Apple. By now, I am furious. I had planned on changing providers due to the ineptness of the first store and the clueless Apple technician. So, I went to the T-Mobile at 2150 E. Palm Valley to see if they could help. The 2 young gentlemen that helped me said the first store should have put back my old SIM card. These 2 young men were great. They not only got my phone working, they saved me from having to buy a new phone. Thank you Marco Hernandez & Oliver Antunez!
