Poor customer service. Staff and store manager are unwilling to help. Were annoyed when I asked questions about the price of an item, were unwilling to check the price, and were dismissive of me when I insisted they do so. I’ve shopped at this store for years and think highly of it, but poor customer service is a deal-killer for me.

I went to Michaels for the 1st time to get a picture custom framed. I told Mitchell I had no experience choosing mats or frames. He was terrific! He helped me pick out 3 mats — including one that really made my picture pop. A week later, Michaels called to double check my order & make sure they had everything right (very impressive!). To top it all off, my picture was ready a week before they said it would be. I highly recommend this Michael’s for all your framing needs.
