The gentlemen at the front desk seemed friendly and professional, and check-in/check-out was quick and easy. As requested, we were assigned a room as far away from the highway as possible (thank you!); and we didn't feel unsafe in the parking lot or while walking to our room.Although the floor was sticky, and the freezer compartment in the fridge was brown with unidentifiable grime, it looked like someone had wiped down most of the surfaces in the room itself. The beds/linens, and sink area seemed clean enough. The wired-in smoke detector had been ripped off the wall and left on a low shelf.In the bathroom, the walls and back of the door had unidentifiable smears on them, and there was old hair and grime in the floor corners. It couldn't have been swept or inspected thoroughly after the last guest, because an empty soap wrapper was lying on the floor in plain sight. The molding on the bathroom wall hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and was brown with built-up grunge. The shield at the base of the tub faucet was gone, leaving piping exposed; and the metal TP holder was rusted and a bit grimy.The phone in the room was labeled with a different room number, which could be a safety issue in an emergency. Also, there was a lot of road noise, but I realize that's to be expected with a hotel just off the Interstate.I appreciated the military discount. If it weren't for the cleanliness issues, and a few things here and there, this hotel wouldn't be a bad value!

Very disappointed. Room was smelly, location super noisy, lobby area is a joke. Bath tub in the shower had a significant size stain from one of those shower mats used in the past. For a one stop night sleep by yourself I guess you can live with it. Otherwise spend a little more a have decent place.

Absolutely disgusting and has lack of up keep. Upon entry to hotel - guy at the front desk smoking in the lobby. In our room floor tiles were lifted, smelled highly of mens cologne (did they clean? Or just spray lots of cologne to cover something?), sink with damaged drain, paint dings everywhere, floor sticky, empty beer bottle right outside our room, towels thin with visible holes, shower curtain with visible holes and someone else’s hair ?. I don’t think it was worth $80 for a night to save a few dollars.

Close to I35 lots 9f hwy noise. Tons of construction workers staying there who were always outside their rooms loudly talking and slamming doors. The rooms were good for the price, clean as wellWalkability: Close to lots of food options

I've stayed here twice now and I can see the changes. This is a good solid value for your money. No breakfast, but free coffee every morning. I'll keep this location in my Favorites for my future visits.Food & drinks: There is a Shake Shack next door. It's a safe, easy & very short walk for great food.

Tej was the most professional hotel attendant I have ever met! Very polite and has a great smile! All the other hotels were sold out and he made sure I got a double Queen bed room. It was clean and up to date with a tv and nice clean towels and sheets. Thank you so much Tej!

Advertise a lower rate for a single room. Said all he had was one double left, and he would give it to me at the single rate. But he charged me over a $100 for double rate.Rooms: In desperate need of updating.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!!! Worst hotel/motel I ever stayed at!!!!! I wish I could give them negative 567999 stars. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because I have stayed here once before. Let’s start off with the fact that I hardly got any sleep because I had two black crickets (and flys) in my room! Then my AC took over two hours to start working and it’s 95° outside. I also had little pieces of black hair all over my pillows. Whenever I asked to switch rooms, the owner who rudely interrupted me, and another employee started yelling at me about how they don’t give refunds. After I told him, I never asked for a refund or intended on getting one because I was going to stay see if they had anything available. He then shoo’ed me away because he had to make a phone call?? I wish I remembered the kind gentleman who was trying to help me. He truly did feel bad. The owner was being so rude to me. He tried to rectify the situation a little bit. He asked Which room would I like to change to. Well, here comes the big bully, the owner running up to us in the middle of our conversation, once again, telling me that he does not offer refunds. I then reiterated to him that I would just like to change my room because I did not like it on top of other issues. Then to end this terrible stay housekeeping/maintenance came banging on my door an hr before checkout “reminding” me it’s at 11am? While I was sleep.. I am not a super picky person or materialistic ( why I was at a motel 6 to begin with) but cleanliness and customer service is not up for question. Honestly, the cricket and the hair on the pillow wasn’t too bad like I said, it could easily be cleaned up. But the fact that the owner came in and got in a full-blown argument with me about something I didn’t say didnt sit well with me. Finally I got fed up with his attitude and told him I was not speaking to him I was speaking to the employee. the employee then told me that he cannot give me a different room because they do not change rooms after they booked them. (Which he only said that bc the manager just scared him into saying that) When I asked why? again the owner interjected, and said because he would not be able yo book it for anybody ,because I already booked it. Which I’ve never owned a hotel maybe somebody can enlighten me. I didn’t know if you book the room you couldn’t put new sheets on the bed, clean it and then book it? Like I was saying, though, do not book here!!! It is not worth your time or money you could literally pay less, and probably still stay somewhere better. I wasn’t expecting a Hilton or anything because like I said, it’s a Motel 6. Decent respect and better. Customer service would have gone a long way. NEVER EVER BOOKING HERE AGAIN!!!!

We did not stay here, but recently sheltered in the lobby to escape an intense storm. The folks at the front were incredibly kind to my boys and me. We weren't paying customers, it was after hours, and we tracked-in water; and the staff was still so kind. Their gestures were highly appreciated in such an intense and scary situation.

Decent rooms, comfortable, working ac clean. But not perfect some imperfections but that's fine. No bugs nice shower. I appreciate a good night of sleep thank you.

Stayed here a few times very clean and well maintenance.. Had an incident one week and had to cancel and Nick was very understandable about it and refunded me my money for the last few days … highly recommendRooms: Clean and well maintenance
