Refilled my stanley with fountain water and squirted a little lime syrup, the guy tried to charge me $1.72 for a soda refill, because I used a squirt of lime syrup ☹️ he then called the manager who agreed that it was $1.72 because I used the syrup. Then I asked, why does the sign say $1.39 for refills, they both just looked 🫤. lol, reminds me why I don’t go to Walmart, lol

I’ll stop here often and the restroom is always locked! I got gas on my hands and walked into the store and washed them and was rudely told by Maria the attendant that that sink isn’t for customers. What do they expect if the restroom Isn’t really out of order like they claim but stays locked 24 seven so they don’t Have to clean it before they use it? So I will not be coming here anymore to fill up my tank because I always have to walk next-door to Whataburger to use the restroom. I’m a paying Customer and I should be able to use the restroom facilities where I stop and fill my tank.

I went to get gas at this store and the clerk received me with a bad attitude and horrible customer service, I asked for gas and at what pump and he didn’t even respond just moved around moving stuff with anger or something, he’s tall bearded and with flesh tunnels on his ear, I don’t recommend coming here for anything they will receive you with an attitude, if I could give less stars I would give it 0

Don't purchase cigarettes on sale they claim are discontinued. They are old stale cigarettes and they will not return your money. Eventhough they may have purchased from vendor 6 months to a year ago. That's fraud selling people old cigarettes. Unfair to the consumer. Will not purchase anything from Murphys again

Good prices and decent selection. I go to Murphy almost exclusive since I’m a rewards member. But every time I go to this location, it’s the same rude attendant who never says hi, always has the door locked and always more interested in her phone than me. I’m Murphy loyal. But never this location again.

Lady working there now (4:30 pm, July 7th) basically yelled at me when I tried to use a Walmart card to get gas, Walmart said it would work too and she told me Walmart doesn’t know what they are talking about and that they stopped accepting those last year (no signs indicating that so how was I suppose to know?) I come here every now and again and I even send my husband here for gas since we work right next to hat creek. I’ll tell him to go somewhere else front now on, as well I and everyone that works in my plaza. Didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was extremely rude.

This is my go to station, my only recommendation is to be careful with your card being cloned, check the car slots as it happened twice already in the past two years... other than that everything is smooth.

Google clearly states they close at 11:30p. I walked in at 11:25p to spend a lot of money, and they were INCREDIBLY RUDE and told me they were already closed. The female wouldn't even look up from her paperwork. Some random man dressed in a dirty t-shirt and basketball shorts said they would have to call a manager to check me out. So i stood there waiting for them to do so while both continue to ignore me. The guy then told me goodnight, like i hadn't been standing there waiting for him to make said call, to, you know, actually check someone during business hours. I asked why they were closed before their posted time and they said "we are allowed to close 15 minutes early". Then you need to change your policy so you actually close when you say you close and do your paperwork afterwards like real businesses do every day or change your "open till" time to 11:15.

No stars!! The manager there is very rude! Gets mad when u ask for anything behind the counter,I'm surprised she's lasted this long here .CORPORATE needs to check her attitude, I thought she was a regular employee until the other day! I come to this store because it's right by my house now I will go elsewhere . Because one day she will catch me on the wrong day with her attitude ?. And she will hear what I have to say!! Avoid this store at all costs !!
