If I could give this company a zero star I would but unfortunately google does not allow that. I moved out of my rental spot 3 days before the auto charge via online login. After I cancelled I was no longer able to log into my account, I even took pictures of the day I moved out because they said it had to be swept and cleaned. I was charged 3 days later on my renewal day and I gave it another 3 days to see if I would get a credit. Unfortunately I did not get a credit and I emailed customer service, two days later I got a response saying that it was processed and the moveout needed to be verified but to not worry about any system generated emails. The next day the move-out was verified. I waited a week and no credit to my bank account, I called and they said a manager would give me a call. A few days later still no call so I called again and the clerk told me the previous call did not escalate the issue and that she would processed the refund. After a few days and no refund I called again and this time I was placed on hold for a manager who said that no refund would be processed because I did not EMAIL them about my cancellation and that he worked in a call center and could not see when I logged out online. I asked him to review the call which he said he would review the call but either way I would be stuck with the $200 charge as the previous representative did not give correct information and would not honor what she had promised to do. Avoid this storage facility at all costs, they will take your money and there is no actual human at a facility to talk to.

SpareBox was awesome and made my move in experience really easy and convenient. They accommodated me with a different spot to store my Rv. Venessa made the whole experience easy and I would recommend their storage facility to anyone needing storage space. Thank you Venessa for all your help.

Physically, the facility is ok. There is no person onsite so if anything goes wrong good luck. We noticed a large amount of water coming from one of the buildings one night while moving items to our unit and called their customer support line, who didn't care. It was days before the water stopped. The billing is the absolute worst. You can go to their site and create an account, which has never worked for me. I always get an error message that my account does not exist, and again, customer service does not care. Conveniently, the site does remember my account info when I want to pay them. Paying them is an even bigger issue. I signed up for autopay which has also never worked. I get an email every time saying they could not process auto pay and I have to manually fight with the website to pay it. I know 3 other people who store with Spare Box and they have the exact same issue, so it's not a me thing, it's a them thing. This place is cheap and I only store Christmas decorations but I am considering moving to another facility and paying more just to not have to deal with all of their issues anymore.
