Such poor organization for COVID Black Friday! The only store at the outlet that has no organization with moving lines/people safely & effectively with rude workers! Such a disappointment!!

Keeping it clean with most stores having people open doors for you and all employees wearing masks. Y'all quit tripping out on the workers and be thankful they are out here working. Nike is not crowded inside but when they were, had a fast moving line. Also the same with Adidas and Duluth trading company.

My family and I have been here a couple of times and enjoy that it isn't too crowded as compared to the San Marcos Outlets. The customer service is friendly and helpful. They have plenty of stores to choose from, a little bit of everything. They have an outline map of all the stores which was helpful. The only caveat is their food options are limited, however we came here just to shop/look around. Bath and Body Works had a great sale on handsoaps, candles, room sprays, body oils etc. Unfortunately they were out of hand sanitizers. If you are looking for work or casual wear I recommend checking out Lucky Brand Outlet, Van Heusen and Francesca's. For purses, wallets, laptop sleeve covers and shoes coach is the store to check out. Lastly the Nike outlet has a great deal on different types of sneakers (training/running etc). Round Rock Premium Outlets is significantly smaller than San Marcos but it's worth checking out. There are plenty of places to park and fast food options nearby to eat.

Lots of great items. Need a few more good stores and fillers. Need a concierge all all entry points (even if it's just a map of the place and a way to get your passport (a machine would be fine)

Had a bad experience at the Adidas store. I made a purchase on 12/17/19 and lost the receipt. I went back to see if I could exchange the shoe's for a size bigger and they were sold out. So I chose a deferent shoes at a lesser price. When I got to the counter the person said he could look up the receipt with the card used for the purchase. He then ran the card and said nothing came up with the card and could only give me store credit at the current promotion of 50% off. So I was going to loose money on that purchase when I could still show the purchase on my mobile banking app that showed when the purchase went through and the amount. They still insisted that they could not help me except give me credit at current promotion price. I was to loose around 40 dollars just because I lost my receipt. Not happy with costumer service and will never shop or recommend this store to anyone.

Nice outdoor mall with lots of places to sit, a food court, and a vast variety of stores for your shopping fix.

Plenty of great stores, and plenty of great deals. It's too bad that there isn't any covered parking, and the food court is kinda weak. There is shade along the main corridors and the directories are easy to read. There is never a shortage of parking spots. Come here to stock up on your conspicuous wardrobe.

This are the closest outlet mall to Austin other than the location in San Marcos (south). There are a wide variety of stores, and just like any other outlet, you have to hunt to find a good deal. Specials and prices vary depending on the time of year. It's a solid spot to go shopping for clothes or accessories, and be forewarned, during Christmas season, it gets PACKED!

There are a lot of nice shops around this outlet. I just can't get over the people that are walking around. I understand Austin (or the Austin area) is known for being weird, but I have witnessed too many strange encounters. I've had people follow me around the outlet and into the parking lot. I've seen people buy clothes, get naked, and change into the clothes they just bought in the center of the store. I've seen people let there children pee near the outlet entrance. The stories go on...The stores are still nice, but you can find some of the same stores at other locations.

Today I went to exchange some sandals that I bought at the San Marcos outlet store. Sales associate 283940 was very rude to me. After I tried on a bigger pair the stocking came off of my foot and was caught in the sandal's zipper. She took that sandal from me and sarcastically said, "thanks a lot for getting the stocking stuck in the zipper." I apologized and told her that I didn't get it stuck on purpose. I she ignored my apology so I decided to get my money back and get out of there as soon as possible. This was my favorite shoe store until know.
