No greet, just lame serious and non-corteous service, was told I needed to wait atleast 24 hours to print some simple 8x11 sheets. Very dissapointing but Office Depot just seems to hire anyone nowadays and people no lomger want to work for the service they are being paid to offer.

Fantastic experience with print services. Corrected a mistake I had made in ordering and still had my project in plenty of time. Thanks to the highly customer-service focused team at Office Depot Round Rock!

John in the print department was absolutely AMAZING! His demeanor was so welcoming. I had 10 12x12 files to print he showed me a different software to help organize my print jobs. While my jobs were printing he gave the same fantastic service to every customer that came to the print desk. While I was there it got pretty busy but John was never overwhelmed he stayed laser focused and continued to get print jobs completed. This is what awesome customer service looks like!

Don't waste your time with the print department at this location. They never have the order done when it's supposed to be. Equipment broke and they said they transferred the order to a nearby store, but they didn't actually transfer it.

John went above and beyond to work on a printing project for me! He was very friendly, professional and a true expert! He worked so hard and diligently to make sure my project looked amazing and I didn’t even ask him too! Office Depot in Round Rock has efficient, stellar service and employees like John definitely are gifts you will find at this location!

I needed some flyers printed and I was driving in from out of town. The price of the printing was very reasonable, the flyers were done on time, and the associate who helped me get them ( because they were not packed up yet)was from another part of the store and was very attentive! I was pleased with the results! Thank you!

It is very poor services when compare with the other Office Depot in Austin
Staffs are slow and very poor management since we know them
6 years , it never changed
We just went there for doing some copy and ID laminated it took us more than 1 hr to
Wait for the lady so we just walk away because I think my time has more value
Everybody pls don’t ever go there and use any services in this branch !! They are been like this since the last 6 years :((
I never seen any Office Depot so poor services like this In Austin !

Customer service at this store is terrible. The cashier is a very rude lady that can not even reply Good morning to a customer. Is time to train your staff for a better customer service and support.

Will not be doing business with them. I called to speak to someone, they put me on hold and then they would pick up the phone an hang it up. This happened 3 times. Pathetic excuse for professionalism.
