For the third time in three weeks, I've attempted to drop off my clothing around 7 am, opening time, and no one is there ! I've even gone at 7:20 or 7:15 just to give them extra cushion and yet again, the business is closed. I've mentioned it to the front desk employee and owner and they just reply, oh yeah so and so was running late. I'm so frustrated with the inconsistency and unprofessionalism!

Had a stained shirt, was ok if they didn't get the stain out but they completely ripped the shirt apart and said it came in damaged. I understand things happen, but I'm super bummed. The stain was not super noticable, but can't hide the ripes.

First time I've ever used dry cleaners and picked them due to close location of my work. Low rating for misplacing a very special hoodie. Thankful they did find it. The actual cleaning service was good

Unfortunately the only way to post this review is to give this terrible place 1 star. I dropped of my shirts and went back a few days later to get them only to find out they lost them. I was told I would be compensated for the lost shirts and the manager would be contacting me. I've been by the store several times since they refuse to contact me, only to be told they will not give out the managers number. This place is awful and I would caution you to find another cleaners. Losing clothes happens, I get that, but the manner in which you deal with it says a lot about the business and the character of upper management.

These people tried to sell my husband's clothes! He left his clothes here when he dropped them off in Sept. it's been a few months, I get that. They told him they donated them after leaving a voicemail. If that were the case fine cool. Except here the thing, they were Harley-Davidson shirts so it's not your everyday attire and they tried to sell them off to other customers and the only reason we found out is because I work at the Harley dealership and my boss also gets his clothes dry cleaned here and they tried to sell them to him! Why lie to us then and say that you donated them to Hurricane Harvey victims? Not good business and it's very untrustworthy. We were okay with them being donated but you blatantly lied to a customer that's been doing business with you for at least two years.

Please, for the sake of your clothes, DO NOT GO HERE. They have ruined my husbands mandatory work pants. Lied every time we went in to figure out the status. Employees are just trying to do their job. Owner has no intention on fixing their mistakes.

I love that they are eco friendly and our clothes look great. We had pants, dresses and some dress shirts dry cleaned and laundered with them. Also - it says their under new management.

I've been taking my dry clean only clothes here for several years now. Today I am officially taking my business else where. My daughter dropped off her very expensive wool coat a few months ago to be cleaned. As some of us usually do, we forgot to pick it up. They called to let us know it was still there and needed to be picked up. I told them it belonged to my daughter and that she would be in to get it within the week. She went in 6 days later only to discover it had been donated. Goodness gracious! If a client verbally tells you they will be in to pick it up, you could at least hold on to it for 6 more days! It's not as if I'm a new customer they have never seen before, they know me and I've been going there for years. Not any more!

My daughter is going to Prom this year and she has a dress that has a velvet top and a large flowing bottom. The dress is gorgeous but 2 inches too large on the top so I took it to VILLAGE CLEANERS is Round Rock who said they would take it in 1 inch on each side of the top and hem the bottom and clean it for $70. I dropped it off last Thursday and attempted to pick it up on Tuesday and they said it wasn't ready because they are backed up. I had already paid once she told me this but she said to come back on Friday so I went in to pick it up today and the hem was done and it looked to be clean but the top was not altered. I didnt find that out until I got it home and realized there were no alterations done. I went back and I spoke to a lady that was working by the name of Candy and she informed me that the person who originally took in the dress didn't charge me enough for the alteration and if I wanted it done it would cost more but I will have to come back on Monday. I told her then just refund me and I will find somewhere else to get it done because prom is in a week. She informed me that she couldn't give me a refund but I could come in Monday and talk to the manager who isn't in. I told her that was unacceptable, I paid for a service that they did not provide and I am not paying $70 for a hem on a dress. She said she couldn't help me. I told her then I will have to file a report or something and left. I don't know what to do but I'm not taking the dress back to them now. Prom is one of the biggest things that will happen in my daughter's life and I'm not willing to risk it being ruined by taking it back so I suppose I am out the $70 and o. To finding someone else. About 30 min ago the lady calls me back and the first thing she says is we can't give you a refund but.... I didn't let her finish. I simply said no thank you, I will file a report. VILLAGE CLEANERS (At intersection of Sunrise Blvd next to Shell Gas Station) 1400 E. Old Settlers Blvd, # 300 Round Rock, TX 78664 Tel:(512) 218-1992 Sincerely Melissa Zumkeller

These people have no conscious. My sick, elderly mother trusted them to clean her only winter coat. They allowed another customer to STEAL it and refuse to make it right. We've contacted them by phone and in person 5 times now and they still refuse to help her with reimbursement so she can get another coat. It was an expensive coat, and a gift from me and my sister. How can small business owners conduct business like this taking advantage of the elderly. Sickening.

Awful!! I dropped off some items at this location including a dress needing a small repair at the hem. I was told that it should be no issue to repair even though it was leather since it was so minor. The staff said it would be ready in 1 wk. 2 wks later i went back and the dress had not been sent out! The person had no idea why and could not contact anyone to explain why. After waiting for about 20 min, she said she would send it out and I agreed to come back. I called a few days later to check and the person I spoke to still had no clue what was going on with the dress..you get the idea. In short, 2 months later, the dress still had not been sent out and after asking to speak to a manager FIVE times, I never received a call from him/her or met them in person. When I went to collect my dress, they acted like I had never been there before...how would the dress have gotten there in the first place?! Save your time, energy and sanity and go elsewhere.

Very disappointed! I've been using this cleaners since they opened, mainly because of their convenient location. They've always done fine on my cleaning, except not being able to get my uniform shirt sleeves creased evenly down the middle. But since having promoted to Detective and wearing shirts and ties (or suits) this hasn't been a problem Last time I picked up my cleaning, I put on my suit, got to work to have a coworker tell me there were two small holes in the back of my pants. Nice!!! This is a brand new suit that I spent $400 on at Jos A Banks. I'd only worn it ONE other time. Brand new! I took the pants back in, Monday (03/30/15), with my next cleaning run, showed it to the woman who took my clothes. She said she'd show it to the manager, verified my phone number and said she'd call me back. No phone call... Went to pick up my clothes this morning, Wednesday (04/01/15). Same woman behind the counter says she spoke to the manager who told her to tell me the holes were caused by moths. I explained no, it's a brand new suit. Fine the first time I wore it, got it cleaned and the next time I wore it there were holes in the back of the pants. I also explained that I never got a phone call from the manager. Asked for the manager's name. Was told her name is Veronica. While speaking with her, the clerks phone rang. Voice announcement says "Call from Ms. Veronica." I asked if she wanted to answer the call...nope. I also explained that I wrote off $800 in dry cleaning on my taxes this year at their business. That's a LOT of money!!! If they want to continue getting nearly $1,000 a year from me, they had better call me to discuss this and give me the chance to voice my grievance...or they WILL lose my business!!!

Always great service here. I walk in and they greet me by name. Maribel is usually already getting my clothes before I open the door!

This place is horrid. They are the closest cleaners to my home but I will never go back. The consistently lost and damaged my clothes. They lost a $150 pair of pants and only offered me $30 for them. BEWARE!!!!
