I visited twice this Oshkosh store on Saturday, August 30th, 2025, with my kids and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I noticed that the seller warmly greeted some customers with “welcome,” but when my children and I walked in, the seller didn’t even acknowledge us not even a simple hello back when my kids said hello.
This made us feel ignored and uncomfortable, and it came across as discriminatory behavior. Every customer deserves the same respect and kindness, especially children who are just being polite. I hope the management looks into this and ensures staff treat all families equally.
