Went here to buy a couple of shirts. I am not a common size, so I wasn't expecting to find anything. Johnny was incredibly friendly and helpful and helped me find some stuff that fit me great!

I don’t normally write reviews but I am for the sake of other shoppers who may be getting overcharged. They were not accommodating and didn’t apologize or care to offer any level of discount or small gift card for wasting two hours of my time after they had pricing wrong with what is advertised 5 inches above the clothes. I even told the original cashier ahead of time I noticed the pricing rang up wrong and instead of making an easy adjustment and making it right he just shrugged and clearly didn’t care. I spent over $400+ and questioned why I was spending so much for a store to have such a lack of customer service. They had a chance to make it right the second time and didn’t care to, neither employee. Not a pleasant experience which was disappointing as I was excited to be buying new clothes especially from this brand. Simply take some accountability and it could’ve been a much better outcome overall.

Perry Ellis should fire this crazy Karen immediately, we entered the store at 8:35pm and they close at 9pm. And the Karen argues that we entered store at 8:40pm and that’s when they close the fitting rooms. She was very nicely rude.Besides this store carries very good clothingQuality is great, fits perfectly fine.

They have fake price tags all over the store ? Be aware when you check out, as the number on price tag and dollar value in the system does not match.Best part? Since it's clearance, you cannot return the item too! You will be stuck with the falsely priced item ? A new business strategy to rip people's already impacted inflation days.Protagonist of the store...drum roll - the store manager Kendrick. Who has a long history (in other reviews) of rude and no customer service experience.P.S the item in picture says $29.98, but when checked out was billed $49.99 (full price and no clearance as seen on sticker)

Great experience and staff was friendly and outgoing! My wife and I will definitely be shopping there again. The store manager was helpful with a return that we had even though the store was busy. The only thing I would have wanted would have been a better sale on the suits. Overall great experience
