We are rather suddenly fostering a husky with some anxiety issues. I needed help in a hurry, and since I was near Pet Supplies Plus, I stopped in. I had a lot of questions. It was quiet in the store, and during the whole time I was there I had the attention of at least one staff member when I needed it. I walked out with an arm-full of helpful things. I am very grateful and will be shopping there again.

My daughter was getting a new puppy so we went here to stock up. The selection of food was incredible, having every high quality brand I knew of, as well as some I've never seen. The store was super clean and the prices were very comparable. But where they excelled was the customer service! They were so kind, friendly and helpful. They weren't "in your face," but very willing to offer KNOWLEDGEABLE assistance when asked. We're getting ready to get a dog, too, and I plan on driving from Pflugerville to visit this great store for my pet needs.

I generally enjoy shopping here. It's easy and they have everything I need. However I came in to return something which I paid cash for and they immediately went to put it on a giftcard. I asked why I wasn't getting it back as cash and the cashier stated "our owner just likes it to go back on a giftcard". Well of course they do, but the return policy clearly states that it should be refunded to the original form of payment. After asking for it to be returned as cash, she said that they couldn't do cash but could put it on my card. We processed the card and then she told me it would take 30 days!! 30 days??!!! That's unheard of. Really doesn't feel like they are fairly honoring their return policy and makes me feel weary of shopping there again.

The staff is always friendly and helpful which makes it a pleasure to go shopping. The have a wide selection of all of the products we purchase for our pets which makes it a nice one stop shopping. They also have a reward program that is free to join and earns you cash rewards back on your purchases!

Chewy and I love our visits to this store. Whether we go to give him a bath or he just joins me to pick up supplies, we are always greeted with love and lots of admiration. He soaks it up! He, even in his old age, gets a little more pep in his step when he realizes where we pulled up. It's the highlight of our weekly date

Tried an online order with curbside pickup today, it worked out awesome. Items were all correct and even got a sweet note and a couple of samples with my order. I love supporting Pet Supplies Plus, the nicest people work here, prices are great and location is so close to home.

I'm so glad I found this place! Turn in at the Popeyes, and it's right in front of you. The store was so clean and the prices were much better here than anywhere else. The animals were clean and happy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. It was my 1st time there, and I'm definitely coming back to use their awesome dog washing station!
