After spending $106 for a puppy maintenance program last week , I decided to give the pup to a home that could care for him properly.I tried to get a refund by call corporate, but I was told i would only receive $45 of the $106 , I didn't think that was fair.I am a disabled Vietnam veteran living on a small disability pension, and every dollar counts, especially if no services were used.Banfield vet.NOT HAPPY AT ALL !

The store was well stocked and had what I needed for my pet bird. It felt clean and well lit. Decent animal selection. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and the checkout line was quite long. For it being a busy day, there should have been more than one checkout line. I didn't like having to wait so long.

Booking a stay for my dog at this pet hotel turned out to be an absolute nightmare. The service was atrocious, particularly from the person at the front desk, Jill. Not only did they display a terrible attitude when asked simple questions, but they also neglected basic hygiene for my dog.Towards the end of my dog's two-week stay, she developed bloody diarrhea due to an “abnormal amount of bacteria” which she definitely got from this place. Despite the vet visit and medication provided by the facility, the grooming staff informed me that my dog was given to them with dried feces around her butt, causing rawness in her skin. The dried poop was apparently so bad that two people had to clean it off of her. When questioned about why there was an excess amount of poop on my dog’s butt, Jill made excuses about not getting her wet due to her breed, a golden doodle, which was utterly absurd and unacceptable. Instead of hosing her off, they let her sit with it in her room for who knows how long.For the exorbitant price charged, I expected a certain level of care. Instead, it seems they let my dog suffer without proper cleaning or attention. This experience was beyond disappointing and reflects poorly on the standard of care this establishment claims to provide. Avoid this place if you truly care about your pet's well-being.

Careful with grooming services ... I took my Sheepadoodle there and was upsold the Furminator pamper package the already Bath, Cut and Furminator service ... when I got my bill they charged me a scissoring fee and a brushing fee aside from his haircut and blow dry (hmmmmm) and wasn't told about it at all ... I've been taking my dog to PetSmart almost monthly in Boston and getting the same services ... I get to Round Rock thinking services are consistent across the network, no ...

Terrible. We were looking to adopt a cat, the first associate Shannon, was incredibly rude and condescending. She seemed to have a huge problem with the fact that we had a dog door (which we could and offered to lock!), and the manager just told me to check with the Humane society... I checked their website - Didn't find anything about not having a doggy door. Also, if its locked then what's the issue? Is it ALL doors? How are hoomans supposed to enter/exit our own home? Something's fishy with this store and its not the tuna.Long story short - Georgetown Animal Shelter has some AMAZING cats! The adoption fee is a fraction of PetSmart's. The staff there are kind, and friendly.

I took my Shih Tzu puppy to PetSmart to get groomed. Well he looks like he got in a fight with a weed eater. The manager reduced the cost in half, But I will need to have my little buddy re-groomed somewhere else. He currently looks like he got a groomed by someone having a stroke.I feel so horrible for my poor little dog. I will never make this mistake again.

lady at the front (white,karen cut) was extremely disrespectful. i just hope they don’t mistreat my dog because of their attitude.i will be suing if my dog comes back with as much as a broken nail! this place was sadly my last resort but trust me i will never bring my pet back here again! the staff is rude and unqualified!

Love this store, or should I say the lady at the register. She is very friendly and seems to enjoy her job. She gives the store the warm feeling you get when entering.

I have been coming to this Petsmart for a while now and have never had a problem. The cashiers are always polite and friendly and they always have the food I need for my cat. This specific visit I attempted to use a coupon that I thought was for Petsmart. The coupon was not scanning at the register. The cashier and I were trying to figure out what the issue was but weren't seeing any problems. The cashier was very polite and called the manager, Boba?, over to assist. That's when the visit went south. Boba took one look at the coupon and in the ugliest attitude and with the nastiest facial expression said "what the heck is that?!?". I attempted to explain was the coupon was and swiped through the email to show it was a birthday coupon. That's when she noticed the Petco logo and proceeded to throw attitude and nasty faces at me ending the conversation with "a coupon for petco?" And without another word walked away before I could even respond. I have never had an experience like that with any business and especially not from a manager?? I feel bad for the employees and staff that have always been so kind and patient. Polar opposites from Boba.
