The folks at Petty Family Floors were great to work with to install the new carpet and baseboards in our upstairs. They kept us informed throughout the whole process making things super easy on our side. The team that showed up to install the baseboards and carpet were quick and efficient and did a wonderful job! We couldn't be more impressed and are excited to enjoy our new floors!

We replaced our old and very pet-worn carpets with a luxury vinyl flooring recently and had been putting the project off because it seemed like a lot! We already have vinyl flooring in some rooms and so we had to match it just right. The folks at Petty Family Floors made it so so easy! From getting the sample and bringing it home, to scheduling around our super hectic calendar and getting financing- they really know their business and it shows. Des came out and knocked everything out like an absolute boss! It’s been a great experience!

Recently had my carpet replaced. Sunni was super helpful in selecting the most appropriate type of carpet for the usage & my family (children & pets!). It was installed quickly & Sunni followed up to make sure we were happy. I've had tile placed by this company previously & it went very well, also. Highly recommend this family-run, local store!

Sunny is SOOOO incredibly knowledgeable with inventory and has has gone out of her way time and time again to give me the very best pricing for the upmost quality. One of the many examples: my husband and I are in the middle of building a home. I had taken a pict of some tile I liked (over a year ago) and, just by seeing the pict, she knew exactly which manufacturer made it and from which series it was. She hunted it down and shared lots of info about the product options. Hands down, Petty Flooring has amazing customer service and takes care of their customers.

We had decided to replace our downstairs engineered wood flooring with wood-look tile. After some initial browsing at a few large retailers, we visited Petty Family Floors in Round Rock. Contrary to what you might expect, they had far more product samples in their showroom than the big stores and even have a bunch of different samples installed on their actual showroom floor, so you can get a sense of what products look like under your feet. We received personal attention from someone who actually knows flooring and who remembers talking to us each time we go in. It was also easy to borrow samples to take home. Once we selected a product, scheduling demo and install was smooth. Our installer was a craftsman whose dedication to doing excellent work was obvious to us. We are very happy with our new floor and working with Petty Family Floors was a good experience in all aspects.

Working with Sunni east, she was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly attentive to my needs and preferences. They took the time to discuss various carpet options with me, explaining the pros and cons of each, and helping me choose the perfect one for my home.The installation process was flawless. This is the second time we have had a project done by Petty Family Flooring. The first time, they installed gorgeous tile in four areas of our home after another contractor left us high and dry with partial messed up tiles and a bunch of concrete leveler all over the place. It was truly an amazing rescue mission, and we are very appreciative because it turned out perfectly. This time, we had carpet installed in several rooms. Their selection was great and they allowed for a lot of time to select exactly the right color and style. We brought home a bunch of their samples and looked at them and all kinds of light, and everyone was very patient with our pickiness. They gave us great advice on how to make good choices, and their installers were on time, super nice, and really efficient. They had the whole project done And half the time I thought it would take, and they did a perfect job. Thanks again to the crew at Petty Family Flooring.

Treated us like a family and helped us from beginning to end. Our floor tile and kitchen backsplash is gorgeous plus we got the baseboard too. We cannot thank them enough for helping us with our renovation . Best decision ever. Special mention to Des, just amazing.
