Great cigar shop its the best cigar shop in Round rock. The staff are very friendly and also very knowledgeable about there cigar products, and have a huge selection to choose from. I've been goin here only about 1 year and I won't go anywhere else to get grade A premium CIGARS!

Stopped in for some Christmas gifts. Very cool and relaxed place. Staff super helpful and zero sales pressure. Lounge area looked inviting (although we didn't partake) definitely will return.

This is a fine store with a broad selection of pipes and cigars. They have knowledgeable staff who are very kind and customer service oriented. I like that when I began smoking a pipe, they had some budget friendly products and they explained a lot of things to me.

As a newbie to pipe tobacco, I was nervous to go in blind looking for a blend that they have called Nickelsworth that I smelled someone smoking last week. The two ladies at the front were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. 10/10 would recommend to newbies and veterans alike.

I am a pipe smoker and was visiting from out of town. Pipe World has a very good selection of pipes and tobaccos. I chose two of their house blends and enjoyed smoking a bowl of each in the indoor smoking room. The chairs and side tables are a great setup. Very good filtration system. No smoke smell that I could detect. Smoke does not hang about in the room either despite me and three cigar smokers in the room with me doing our best to produce as much as we could. The folks are really nice and conversational. I love this shop and will make it a stop every time I return to the area.

Here is my pet peeve, let me shop in peace without staring at me the entire time I'm in the humidor. I get that I'm not a "regular", but I know what I want, even told you that I had not been to this new store and wanted to see what you had. The little old lady really made me feel uncomfortable. If you are worried about theft, then install cameras and view from afar, otherwise let a patron shop in peace. If you feel like it was good customer service, it wasn't. I had no questions, please wait for me at the counter. These are cigars, not gold bars.
