I don't recommend to anyone, the price I was charged did not reflect my quote or invoices. Looking into that more. Customer service is a joke, firstly couldn't understand what she was saying half the time an when I called to ask about the over charge an she wouldn't give me an answer about it. The 3 charges that I was told about turned into 6. First off when people use your service they are already shoving out lots of money for a move an things are budgeted. I almost lost my house before I got to my destination because I was charged about 1000 dollars more then quoted. I will not be recommending to any one.

Highly recommend for both MIL and CIV reasons or purposes. No second guessing or wondering what's next or where's PODS location. Will utilize again next time due to friendliness and willingness to answer all my questions, comments, or concerns.

PODS worked with us to get the right size containers for the move of our business from California to Texas. Everyone very very professional and helpful from the sales rep to the driver. The website is very easy to access and understand. They are not the least expensive option but they provide the best value for your money.

When we ultimately did not move and requested our storage pod returned, they quoted us the pick up date where we would not be billed for that month. They did not show. We were assured we would not be billed. After finally picking up our empty pod they debited our bank anyway. When called they refused a supervisor and said they would research. No call back. Our bank reversed the charge. Now they are threatening collections. Stay away from this company!

Worst mistake I ever made was using this company and, unfortunately, my friend recently had a very similar experience. I know some people have had luck but, if you are one of the unlucky, it is horrifying. In short, they screwed the whole process and then refused to take accountability or provide any sort of refund. I'm super thankful that I found my things but it was truly out of luck rather than any of their doing. Moreover, the costumer service has taken years off my life. Full story below:I signed a contract with PODs agreeing to a drop off/pick up of a POD from one state and delivery of the POD to another. The pick up of the POD was nearly unsuccessful as the driver drove to the wrong location (not what was listed in the contract) and then threatened to not go to the correct location. Upon arriving in the new state, I measured my driveway to make sure the dimensions were suitable. Customer service confirmed but, on the day of delivery, I received a call from the driver saying it was not possible. He actually recommended that I request a refund from PODs. He also recommended that my movers go to the holding facility and then move my things from there. When we arrived at the facility, they said our POD was lost (was actually labeled with a completely different name). We spent hours looking in each POD to find our things. Not only was it concerning that our belongings had gone missing but it seemed unsafe that they allowed us full access to other people's things. It also showed that, if the POD delivery was successful to our home, our things wouldn't have even been ours. Considering that PODs didn't provide the agreed service, I requested a refund. A dispute was opened and, for about 3 months, I continued to follow up by phone and email. They claimed I never sent receipts despite evidence that I did. Finally, I called and they claimed they made an error and promised a resolution. Upon hanging up, I received a notice saying they are closing the case and will not respond as to why.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've seen in a very long time. Most businesses stay in business to provide a billable service. Not this place. I rented one POD and required another for a renovation. The way their services are set up, you can't talk to anyone because it's all automated. We set up a drop for another POD and to have this delivered, the other POD just needed to be moved over.The driver nor the warehouse dispatcher would accommodate even though I offered to pay an extra amount for moving first POD. Their excuse was it could possibly damage my sprinkler system if the mover went over driveway. This was denied even if I agreed to sign a waiver of responsibility for damage.Common sense is not very common anymore.

Pods customer service was very helpful and all were knowledgeable. I changed my order several times and they were able to accommodate my every change. Delivery was easy , pick up was easy. Pricing was reasonable. I went from Florida to Austin, TX in one large pod for $2200.

BEYOND FRUSTRATED with trying to get a quote and booking. POD has no such thing as "Online Estimate" or "Book Online". I submitted an online quote, then I received a with a generated Customer # and Quote # which requested me to call to receive my quote. When I called, I waited 15 minutes before an agent answered. The agent had very broken English and I had to ask him to repeat himself many times. I tolerated this because I didn't want to hold again to speak to someone that could communicate with clear English. I had to listen to his scripted sales pitch which I could not interrupt to let him know that I was very familiar with Pod because he wouldn’t listen to me. After listening to all that he asked me for all the information that I had already submitted on my “Online Quote” (pick up address, drop off address, dates, what size pod, etc.), number from the Pod emails already answered when I submitted my request for a quote. After 45 minutes I told him all I wanted was a $$$$ which led him down another tunnel of why I should pay right away to reserve right away. After he gave me the price, which was fair; I told him I was still researching and getting other quotes he started down another sales pitch tunnel, and I ultimately had to hung up on him.About 10 minutes after I hung up on him, I received an email which had my quote#, customer #, and a link to complete my reservation online. When I tried to confirm my reservation and entered my payment information nothing happened. This resulted in me making another call, sitting on hold again for 15 minutes, then being hung up on by the representative.

PODS drivers did a great job transporting my furniture and personal stuffs from Wisconsin to Texas with no issues. My furniture ,breakables and patio furniture arrived safely and without damage.I followed up all PODS' packing policy and recommendations to have a nice and smooth moving experience.PODS' drivers were kind and respectful at the drop and pick up service no issues . Thank You PODS!??????

Beware. When a delivery area doesn’t meet their requirements, they will charge you. I was charged a $300 fee because the driver didn’t like my driveway setup. It’s flat and large but had a basketball goal to the side. When I tried to contact Pods about the charge there was no way to actually talk with someone. Easy to book, hard to resolve an issue.

Went to pods in r rock spoke with manager Patrick about changing a delivery date the. He was able to fix right away.His team delivered on time made sure we could open. Great service in person at Round Rock Texas.Thanks again to his team helped us big time.

I submitted online twice to get a quote. No one called back so I called them and had the misfortune of speaking to one of the rudest customer service representatives I've ever heard. They just lost a potential customer who is moving across the country.

First time I pods and was very convenient compared to the traditional truck rental. It will cost more than the truck-rental, but it's totally worth it. The staff dropping the pod were nice guys at both drop-off and pickup locations. Customer service also provided complete details.

Our experience with Pods has literally been unbelievable with the incredibly substandard level of service we’ve received. The local Pods Team seems completely inept, slothful, and disinterested in doing their jobs to even just a minimum standard. I would never ever ever rely on Pods in Austin to make your move.
