I have lived in the neighborhood for 8 years and have used this location for years. I went this week and the gentleman that was there was very rude. He seemed so put out that the return address on a very important piece of mail was incorrect and he had to spend 1 minute to fix it. I will no longer be using this location.

This location used to be good, used to be! An older man and woman used to run this location and they were super nice & efficient. I went yesterday and there was a mid 40s man that was rude as could be while reluctantly doing a notary for me. I went back today and needed a notary and he told me there's no notary today even though he'd the one that did it yesterday. He told me to go to UPS across town instead. I won't waste my time with this location or this unhappy bitter & lazy guy again.

If no star was an option I would not add any stars. I used this Annex to send a package that never even left their door according to UPS. It was a challenge getting someone on the phone to answer when I noticed the package was not delivered. Called once and was told that package was "in transit ". The second follow up call was made and I was then told that package was no longer there and they are not responsible for packages once they are picked up by courier. It has now been a month since package was due to be delivered (07/26) and I was denied further assistance since they are no longer responsible for items after they leave their door. I will never use this place again and do not recommend you take that risk either.

Small place. Friendly. Helpful. The Ups store I first went to could not print my shipping label from my phone. Ups store printers not available to use from a customer's phone either. Thankfully the Postal Annex was there to help me print my label and mail my package. Very nice place.

The older man with a buzz cut has no idea what he's doing. He not only had trouble accessing the email when I forwarded the shipping label to him, he quoted me 10.50 to ship a 6 ounce package in a larger envelope. I told him there's no way that's remotely accurate, so I drove to the actual USPS and it was 4.70. I knew he measured or put something in wrong. He tried to quote $20 for fed ex lol. I used to have the best service here but the two times I have been here and he's been behind the counter I received inaccurate everything.

The information on their Google about their hours is incorrect. The information on the Postal Annex website is also incorrect. They close at 6, not 7. The information on the UPS website about their UPS pickup time is incorrect. It's at "oh around 4 or 4:30" not 6 pm. This caused a package that I dropped off on a Friday not to get picked up until Monday. When I called to speak with Postal Annex they didn't care. It's crucial for people to be provided with accurate information when they're sending important things. If I'd known it wasn't being picked up at 6:00 p.m., I'd have taken it somewhere else on Saturday.

2nd time in 2 weeks that FedEx didn't take my packages and they are priority overnight. I have used this location for over 10 years never had issues till recently. Either the staff isn't ensuring FedEx gets all packages or their FedEx driver is irresponsible.Also their phone doesn't work. I have to drive there to find my packages to take to another fedex.

Im tired of guessing with this place. They were open until 4pm on Saturdays and today they are open from 10-2pm. Website says open until 5pm...Most people cant get there during the week due to work and then you have a short window on Saturday, I will cancel my box there on Monday. Its not worth it

I came here to get an immunization exemption form notarized. The notary there told me they aren't allowed to do that anymore, and I could "go ask at the school district". Well I went to the notary 5 min away at UPS, who had no problem notarizing my document. I even had her check with her boss to make sure it was legal. It is legal. The notary at the Postal Annex refused service because he disagreed with my medical choices, which is discrimination. He lied to me. And he was condescending and rude. I plan to file a complaint with the Secretary of State, which is where you file official complaints towards notaries.

Haven’t been here in ages; and they have a new ownership from what I know. Super nice people in there; really helpful too! They helped me pack and ship everything! it was really haste free to be honest. would highly recommend.

I have been coming in here for years, but their new employee has made this my last time. A previous time, this kid gave me attitude because I needed to add some postage to a parcel that already had some postage on it. He couldn't work out the difference that I would owe hime (simple, basic math on a calculator) so he charged me the full amount. I let it go because life is too short. Today, I had two packages and needed to tape them more securely. I walked in and he was serving someone, and there was another person waiting, so I took a roll of tape off the wall and taped up my packages while I was waiting. I then waited in line to pay for the tape as my packages were pre-paid. He took my packages, saw they were pre-paid and started to walk away. I said, "Wait, I need to pay for the tape." At this point he said, "You mean to tell me you just walked in here and took tape off the wall without asking me?" I replied, "Yes, it has never been an issue before." His response was, "Don't ever do that again!" OK, kid, I won't do that again because I won't ever be coming back.

Went to the Postal Annex to ship computer equipment and was charged $37 to bubble wrap 4 items the size of a laptop! The service was extremely slow and they came up with the cost randomly. There was no set amount. Overall bad service and way over priced. I don’t recommend shipping anything from here.
