I work for an enrichment program that provides a dance class at Primrose Round Rock North. I have loved the opportunity of getting to work with this school! Both their administrative staff and teachers are top of the line. From my time of getting to work with them I have felt very welcomed, appreciated and known. Based on interactions I have witnessed between the staff and the parents and their kids, I can tell those characteristics are reflected even more. They are on top of anything and everything and they truly care for every child entrusted to them. Overall an amazing school to get to be apart of!

Primrose School of Round Rock offers a great work environment where they make you feel welcomed. I like that they not only make the effort to include everyone, but make them feel like they're a part of a team. If you are looking for a career in childcare and education and an environment where you can create genuine and positive relationships, Primrose School of Round Rock is the best place to work.

From the very first tour, we were smitten with Primrose. However, it took us a while to actually tour the school due to our forgetfulness. Initially, I was hesitant to send my son to daycare due to all the negative things I had heard. But, I am so glad that we made the right decision by choosing Primrose School of Round Rock North. Although it took him some time to adjust, all of his teachers were incredibly accommodating. When my son moved to early preschool, it was a bittersweet moment as we had grown so accustomed to his previous teachers. However, his new teachers were just as sweet and caring towards him and us. We are constantly surprised by how much he learns every day and how his vocabulary continues to expand. We have no doubt that as he moves up classes, all of the teachers at Primrose will continue to treat him with the same level of care and attention.

Primrose of Round Rock North is our toddler's second commercial daycare. He was at a different daycare for one month and by the middle of his second week at Primrose RRN, I could tell he was already thriving so much more.Every single staff member is highly attentive, professional, warm, communicative. All the food provided is impressive (he sometimes eats better here than at home, to be honest). The entire facility is well-organized and we really appreciate all their thorough policies regarding health, safety, and security. The daycare itself is always very clean - even in the toddler classroom! They use an app as the main way to communicate when not in person or over the phone and we get so many updates...Not only do we get the basics of "wet diaper changed," "nap started/stopped," or "snack given," there are plenty of photos as well as a detailed description of activities done or books read, and the description also includes the learning objective of said activity or book. The front desk is always staffed and usually by at least one of the three directors and not only do Ms. Jackie, Ms. Kimberly, and Ms. Alyssia know every single child by name, they really seem to be in tune with everything that goes on at the daycare. His teacher and coteacher have been a team for a few years, which is pretty impressive considering how hard it seems to be to find and retain childcare staff.Unlike some other places we looked at, everything for the kids, from food to enrichment activities (or anything some places might consider "extra"), is included in what we paid. They do a lot of little things that I feel go above and beyond basic daycare; pumpkin decorating contests for the families, canned food drives for the community. Another thing I'd like to note is that with the previous daycare, we got an update through their app when our child was bitten by another child (it didn't break skin but did leave a visible bite mark). With Primrose of RRN, I got a phone call promptly after they noticed a minor red mark on his forehead that didn't even seem to bother him and there was a minor incident report form given to us upon pickup that day.Overall, we have so much peace of mind when dropping our child off here and there really isn't anything that I can think of that I believe would improve our experience with them. The only thing I wish we had done differently was chosen them in the first place - and I have to confess that I thought the reason I was so impressed after the tour was because it was the first daycare we toured.

We have toured many, many facilities in the Round Rock area for our toddler. By far, Primrose has exceeded our expectations! Our child is thriving in all areas — motor skills, language development, social interactions, potty training, etc. His teachers are amazing! Even the teachers that come to help out when the main teachers are gone are amazing! The entire leadership team has also been a joy to work with. They are consistent with communication which is much appreciated. It is clear that this place goes above and beyond to make our child feel welcomed and cared for. Thank you Primrose Round Rock North for all you do, day in and day out! We see you and appreciate it!

Primrose School Round Rock North has proven to be an exceptional place for my 4-year-old. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we've had here. Our daughter have been here since she was about 4 months old.The curriculum at Primrose is top-notch. It's engaging, educational, and tailored perfectly for young learners. My daughter has been thriving academically and socially, which is a testament to the school's excellent program. The staff at Primrose School is simply outstanding. They are not just educators; they are caring individuals who genuinely love what they do. Their dedication to the children's well-being is evident in every interaction. I feel confident that my daughter is in the best hands. She recently had Mrs. Anderson and Ms. Ms. Kandace where she learn so much. They are so kind, sweet and helpful. Ms. Kayla always help with early morning drop off and making all the students feel love and heard. The atmosphere at Primrose is warm, welcoming, and conducive to learning. It's a place where children feel safe and encouraged to explore, grow, and develop. The attention to detail in creating this environment is commendable.I couldn't be happier with our choice of Primrose School for my 4-year-old. It's been a phenomenal experience for us, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching educational environment for their child.* I know that Primrose is a franchise and you have many options but I promise you that this location is outstanding. Its the entire staff. Mrs.Taylor, Mrs. Jackie, Mrs. Kimberly and Mrs. Alyssia really hired the best of the best *

We joined Primrose School of Round Rock North this past August. We have been blown away by our experience! The front of the house/administrative crew is top notch in addition to the fantastic instruction we are received in both the Preschool Pathways & Early Preschool programs. This place is well organized, clean (super clean) and provides excellent one on one instruction for the boys. I’m hooked & you will be too!

My daughter has only been attending Primrose RR North for a few months, but we’re already seeing the leaps and bounds she’s made developmentally. She’s also more confident and social with other children and new people which we love. The teachers are awesome, they give helpful updates during the day as well as during pickup so my husband and I can continue to encourage those new skills or watch for signs of illness. The staff is also amazing. They call immediately with any updates and are always welcoming when we come in and out. I’m so thankful we found this daycare for our daughter!

The way this business runs is scandalous. They bring you in and everything seems wonderful and organized. I wish we had a better experience with the office management and we might still be considering this establishment for care of our child. When we filled out our paperwork, we asked for a May start date and if that wasn't available, we needed August 1. We held off on paying our "deposit" in January because we couldn't afford to pay multiple waitlists at the time. THEY called US in March, telling us that deposits are refundable if they couldn't get us in by our dates so we made the "informed" decision to go ahead with the process. They called us in April to offer us a June start date, which was not when we put on our paperwork. We told them we had talked to Mrs. Jackie and that we had specific dates and that we couldn't do June. They are now stating that we cannot get our deposit back because they offered us a spot, even though it wasn't when we needed. We talked to the director/manager and she refused to refund us, even after being told all of these details and going round and round about keeping their word to potential clients. She states this is how they normally do things and kept tiptoeing around when I asked her to make sense of it all. It doesn't make sense to me but I'm very happy we decided not to send our child there with these kind of money hungry transactions. Beware parents! Even our potential $380 PER WEEK was not enough for them to keep in our good graces!

I have two children at primrose round rock north, my daughter is in old toddlers, and my son is in prek 2, they have been here for almost 3 months now and I can only say that I am delighted and satisfied with the center. I am very demanding with the care and education of my children, I need to be sure that they are well cared for and learning. My little girl loves her teachers, she doesn't even cry in the morning when I leave her in the classroom, Miss Chelsea, Miss Heather, Miss Kensey, and Miss Alexis, are amazing, you can see how they love the kids, the kids are always clean and happy and doing many activities. My son also loves his teachers, Miss Gaby and Miss Angela, they are amazing, in two months my son has learned a lot, the teachers are always open to questions and concerns and have excellent communication with the parents. The center has an app for daily use where they post pictures and the activities they do throughout the day, also how much they eat in the case of the little ones, etc. The management always welcomes you with a big smile, Miss Jackie, Miss Kimberly, and Miss Alyssia are there to help you with anything you need and constantly planning new activities for the kids. This is a high-quality educational child care and I recommend it to everyone, you and your kids will be very happy here.

My 3 year old daughter was left unsupervised long enough for her and a friend to get ahold of a marker and color on their faces. Upon discovery of the marked faces and failed attempts to remove it; the teacher decided to use a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser on my child's face. This resulted in chemical burns and scarring. The report from the state is visible here. dfps.state.tx.us/Child_C…

My, where do I begin? This school is just absolutely amazing! From the facility to the staff you can see the amount of care and compassion that comes from here! You have teachers and management that care about who YOU are as an individual. They go above and beyond to show you they care. The facility is beautiful from the well kept playgrounds to the well managed classrooms. There's so much joy that's spread around here! Everyone welcomes you and makes sure you feel like you are part of their family. It's truly amazing and the children love it. There's nothing like dropping off your child and they feel so comfortable that you rarely have to worry about saying goodbye. Thank you faculty and staff for the amazing experience! God bless!

Where do I start with this review?! My little has been with Primrose RRN since she was an infant! (She'll be in PreK this 2020-2021 school year). The level of comfort, compassion, knowledge, respect and safety these group of hero's give NO other school in this world can beat! I am first time mom that had to leave her child - we all know the crazy that gives off. Let me take y'all through the journey! :) First time parents looking at schools from Italy that's in the area our family will be stationed at. All the schools looked nice from websites and online. I finally got back to the states and was able to go into SEVERAL schools that I had looked. I had my top 3 schools... the first school I went to didn't greet me, didn't know who I was, let me into the school, and had no cameras EVEN FOR THE STAFF TO SEE! the second was a little better ... they had a good curriculum, the teachers seemed to enjoy their job.. downfall for that school...IT WAS DIRTY! The cribs were a weird color, the rooms were darker in color. The vibe was just off to say the least.. at least for this first time mama! Then I went to my tour meeting at Primrose RRN. 100% expecting to be a stay at home mom until grade school because I thought no one would get to my expectations! (Which are pretty high, I mean.. first time mom here! My child should be sleeping on pure gold) SO! I walk in (kinda) it's SECURE! You can clear one door (barely) but it's another door with a lock pad that's only for parents/staff to know the code. Once you get to that door it's like being interrogated (in the most positive way ever haha) the management team can see you and trust me , they know everyone. Luckily I had an appointment, so I was expected! ;) I was let through the doors and the smiles everyone had on their faces. Stopped working to look up and greet me. (I'm a sucker for being greeted when I walk into a room) THEY DO THIS EVERY DAY!!!! I've never walked in to frowns, someone being "too busy" to answer my last minute questions on my way to work. buttttt back on topic. I was guided through the school tour by the very very best Mrs. Alyssa (director of admissions). She was so patient, she answered every question with ease. Organized to the Gods and was very welcoming! (Did I mention the school smells AMAZING... it smells like home!) butttt needless to say we joined the BEST family ever! It is soooo much going on! The Director Mrs. Taylor (well now District Manager ) she is literally the BEST! She remembers EVERYTHING! She makes the school stay on track and not only does the kids respect her but the families and staff too!! She's our glue! butttt back to the school. Okay. So much to do , there are yearly activities that we all look forward to like fall movie night outside in front of a big screen, carnival day, parades for almost every holiday, y'all...sooo much more. Look at the FB page! They have the BEST teachers. They are all so loving and kind but also know how to get the best out of YOUR kid. Because all kids are different. And they know this! They go to trainings to grow and learn. I love how much they care for the staff here. (the owners are pretty awesome). I can literally go on and on. Which I'm sure y'all can tell! Let's fast forward to present-ish day. My little is heading off to PreK! We have had the pleasure of having the best teacher ever (Mrs.Anderson) for PS3. If you have the pleasure of getting her as a teacher for your child you'll understand this statement! She goes above and beyond! I've never met someone so genuine, caring, excited, passionate! Ughh we just LOVEEEE her! She means so much to our little family. More than she'll ever know! And now we transition! She already know her new teacher (because the school prepares them for transitions and they always go with a friend to ease over into the next class!) We're now done with Pre-K and the explorers summer program! (Mrs. Rachael was an absolute angel for both pre-K and the explorers summer

This school, is amazing over the last year with covid they have done everything they could to keep our children safe. This isn't new for them, safety is their first priority. The teachers are the educated/ smart people. The administration does want is right for the school while looking at everything form all perspectives! My children have been at primrose now since aug of 2017, my son was 2 and my daughter was 4. We moved from another state and that move was scary for our littles. They have done everything they can to comfort them during that transition. We have also dealt with many different challenging things personally in the last few years and primrose continues to be the safe/ constant place for our kiddos. Not just my children but my whole family has made life long friends at primrose, they helped us find our village!
