This place is awesome. I love the text message to let me know if there is a problem with my auto pay card. I had Lucy help me before whom was awesome. Now Olga helped me and she is just as awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I've gotta put in a good word for Public Storage on A.W. Grimes. Lucy was extremely helpful to us today, she knew her stuff and got us squared away with the best value for our needs. Will absolutely continue to use Public Storage.
EDIT: Once again, Ms. Lucy took care of us. We had an issue with our card on file - we'd had to get a new one due to a fraudulent charge - and she gave us a heads-up when our Auto-Pay didn't go through, and then got our new card on file when I came into the office. The web site wouldn't let me update the card, so I drove up to Public Storage, and Lucy took care of the issue with a smile and a great customer service demeanor.
