I had an amazing experience at Puma, and it was all thanks to the incredible STAFF. The cashier went above and beyond—his friendly and positive energy truly made my visit enjoyable. He was super helpful, making sure my brother and I found exactly what we needed, and his great attitude made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. Honestly, his outstanding service alone makes me want to come back. Great job to the team!

I want to give a huge shoutout to two incredible employees at the PUMA store, Ashley and Darcy. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely taken care of.
They were attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful in making sure I found exactly what I needed. Whether it was finding the right size, explaining the different styles, or offering suggestions based on comfort and fit, they were both patient and professional throughout. Their teamwork and positive energy made the entire shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and I truly appreciated how they went the extra mile to make sure I left satisfied. Thanks to Ashley and Darcy I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this store to friends and family.

I just had to share our magical experience we had with Penny in the Round Rock Outlet Puma store! She greeted us immediately with a warm smile and offered to help. I am NOT athletic, and also recovering from Leukemia (in remission). So, I was clueless to what I would need, even though I had a recommendation from someone who does run for their shoes. She showed me several options and hyped up their promotion/sales that were going on. She also helped my 10year old son find a pair that he liked and was patient with us because he wears special inserts in shoes. Anyways, she is an absolute remarkable asset to this company for so many different reasons! I was never a huge Puma fan, but now, I'll be back to get more items because of how amazing our experience was with Penny! :) Thanks again girl!

I love their training clothes both hoodie and pants! Their pants are slightly thicker than the other companies! They product the best training comfy pants! Get your favorite color and be cozy! Cheers 🥂

I just came in to buy 2 track pants , African-American dude was super helpful. The guy with the glasses. I tried so many T-shirts, I didn’t buy them, but he folded it for me and helped me super super super service. Especial the Hispanic girls on the floor were so nice. I will definitely be back. Very happy

Terrible Customer Service! Consistent communications with corporate that do not value the customer. In 2024, technology exists to properly order and deliver products but PUMA maintains an old technology platform and thus does not help or value customers!

I have to admit, I very rarely go into a Puma store. Wow has times changed. Amazing deals. Clean. Friendly staff. Love the F1 options. My son says Puma does offer Premier League gear. Sadly no premiere gear this trip but will return.
