I was nervous going here to get blood work because phlebotomists often have trouble with my small veins and have to poke me more than once, but the phlebotomist here had literally no trouble at all. I don't think I've ever had my blood drawn so quickly, painlessly, and without bruising; I was so surprised by how easy it was for her lol. Thank you to the phlebotomists here!!

Debbie and Katelin were amazing!! It's small but very clean. They are all very efficient and you'll be in and out. Also very helpful and just so super nice. I left there with a warm,fuzzy feeling 🥰. Thank you to Debbie and Katelin🙏

They forgot to collect my urine sample. After realizing this, I requested a new test and scheduled an appointment. When I explained what happened to the same staff member who had handled my previous tests, instead of apologizing, she acted rudely—telling me to be quiet or she wouldn’t proceed with the test.

I must say that this location is the best-kept secret. The skill level of the two vampires is incredible. Always a clean blood draw and never any bruising. (for me) I always has an appointment and they typically get me in on time. Highly recommended.

My only concern with the location that we visited is that it is not ADA compliant. Maneuvering a patient who is in a wheelchair in that location is VERY tight and also inconveniences other patients who may be there at the same time. The staff are friendly and accommodating, but the space needs attention.

Worst place
The Asian woman takes too long!!! We arrived at 8:40AM, and by 12 PM, we were still there.
I didn’t have an appointment, but it seemed like she was waiting for people with appointments and ignoring those of us who arrived without one. I waited because I didn’t want my kids to miss another day of school.
Not professional at all—stressful.

Went in as a walkin at 11am. Only 1 person ahead of me. I sat there for 30 minutes to only be told by the Asian phlebotomist they are going to lunch so if we are a Walk in we need to make an appointment to come back. I told her I had been sitting here now 40 minutes and now you are saying this ! She said well you’re just going to wait ! I said fine I’m going to wait. I also mentioned to her she took 20 minutes with the previous patient while they just chatted it up and had a good time .A gentlemen walks in and is helped immediately . The other lady next to me said she had appointment was at 11:10 and he was at 11:40 . The Asian lady told her you just need to wait . She was so darn rude and obviously someone who hated her job.This location is awful! I had blood draw had blood running down my arm and a huge bruise . She took her anger out on me as the patient . Very unprofessional . I asked for her name and was ignored or I would have put her name in this review ! I will never return to quest ! Not to mention the other phlebotomist never got up she rolled around the whole time from one side to the other side ….
