Asian young man possibly Indian. Took my Game No. 2486 - DIAMOND 7S single 100$ winner. Which I had previously checked online and knew the value. The vendor assumed I did not know the value. I handed him my ticket he scanned the scratch off. I heard the lottery machine chime a winner. I asked for 5 Diamond 7s in return. He tried to give me one Diamond 7 in return. I demanded to see the winnings receipt or return my ticket. He would not give either to me. I threatened to call the cops for theft. Then another older Asian possible Chinese worker gave me my $100 winnings after I confronted their attempted theft. This was not a misunderstanding or honest mistake when they intentionally would not give me my receipt or the winning voided ticket. Please investigate this business. I am sure this is standard practice.

I don't know who you are young man, but you treated that Mexican woman who was trying to explain to you on her receipt what was wrong. I intervened voluntarily and attempted to translate for her, and I'm one of the best translators in the country - and you blew her off and got defensive and would not even LISTEN. When you insulted her personally, I walked out, because I knew it was a losing game with YOU. May you learn customer service skills and how to treat the HISPANIC community with RESPECT. I will NEVER buy anything at your store again!!!!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE goes by the name of Sen or that's what he told me. Yelled and was extremely RUDE to my husband and I because the gas pump charged us $50 more than what we pumped. I will NEVER go back there, very unprofessional, I asked for the owner and he said it was him and kept saying "what do you want!" over and over before I was able to say a word. He kept talking over me when I was nicely talking to him about the situation, because that hasn't happened to us before, so I didn't know what to do about that. DONT GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN ROUND ROCK!!
