This organization is so backwards its unbelievable. Do not bank here if you need or enjoy common modern banking conveniences like ATM deposits or phone deposits that exceed $2500.Additionally, any transactions take 3 - 5 days to be processed which is unbelievable. Also their lobby hours are 9 - 4 Monday to Friday. When are people who work supposed to go to the bank?

I had a problem with an account to lengthy to go into but with the help of Jared at the 620 branch it was resolved. A business is only as good as their employees and from his actions they saved a customer. I will continue to recommend them.

Horrible experience with the commercial loan department of this bank. For two years I was told by Travis that they could work with me on my project. I was completely open and honest with him. Sent him a financial statement, my tax returns, etc. Kept him informed of my project. Constantly asked him, "we're good right, numbers check out?" Answer was constantly yes. So I finally say I'm ready to go with the loan, and only then after two years of planning and tens of thousands of dollars of prep work, does he send me a cold, boilerplate email saying they can't fund my project, and he quotes a bogus loan amount to justify it to boot. I must have told him 500 times that I only needed to borrow $750k because the project was phased, yet he says you don't have the financial strength to borrow $2.4M, as though he had never heard of my plans after two years and literally about 100 conversations. At no point was I ever going to have to carry $2.4M in debt because phase 2 would never happen unless and until phase 1 sold. Do not do commercial loan business with this company. I also recently found out that when I refinanced a construction loan I had with them, they didn't record a release as required by Texas law. When I brought it to their attention, they said they would send me a release so I could record it myself. As of now, they have failed to do even that.

These guys give the best customer service I've ever experienced. They always go the extra mile to make sure their clients are satisfied. I'm moving out of the state soon and I don't know when I'll be back in Texas, but either way I plan on staying with R Bank for life.

Horrible experience with this Bank I have 50,000 and I was buying a House in Laredo Tx and I asked to transfer money or send to the Title Company I ask the Manager I talk with him give all my information and the house was in our name. Also a asked to send a transfer to a Bank to Laredo and they told me of course not. So we need to travel 41/2 to get our money. This Bank is so close mind. I won't recommend this Bank also the Lobby is close Saturday so you can't close your account or take all your money out if you need it. Also all the employees are so rude you get in they never said Hi or thank you for your business and I am talking about the one at 620 and the drive through the same so rude and I talk with the Manager about that and I don't think he give a crap.

Its just incredible with all the choices that you have that a bank would put so little importance on service...the folks working there are rude and untrained. The teller has Never smiled, said hello or thank you. Yesterday, making a deposit got me three words...there you go... when she shoved the receipt to me. All of the young staff does not seem to give a crap! And the manager is weak and afraid of eye contact....

If I could give a negative star I would. 0 customer service closed out one of our accounts and will be closing out the other soon. There hours of operation are a complete joke compared to any other banks. There in house policy is there own in house policy that is not stated any where when you open an account and makes no sense what so ever they could care less about there customers. They need to be investigated by the bank examiners. Please don't do business there. Run the other way.

We've had pretty positive experiences with RBank for quite a few years now. We started out with them by renewing a land loan we'd initially done as a balloon note with Chase because, during this time, neither Chase nor any other bank we contacted would write land loans unless we were building a home on it. We eventually moved our primary personal and business accounts to RBank for the high interest they pay and for the personal service we receive from RBank. I love that I can call them up and they recognize me right away. They've had some growing pains over the years, but seem to be trying hard to keep up with technology, expand their services, and increase the number of locations, which we've appreciated. We've recommended them over and over again. We have accounts with five different banks at this time, and none can compare to R Bank.
