Took my LTC course with Ben. Class was informative and enjoyable. Highly recommend taking your course at Range USA at round rock location. Facility is full of knowledgeable and experienced staff. Customer service is excellent.

My husband and I came in to buy a handgun and were first helped by a younger associate who was polite and helpful. Since he couldn’t complete the sale, he passed us to an older man named John — and that’s when everything went downhill.
John was rude from the start, clearly annoyed that we wanted to see a few more options. After we chose a bundle and my husband started the paperwork, I came back from the restroom. John walked up smiling and said, “You can’t help him with that now.” Thinking he was joking, I laughed and made a light comment. My husband looked up and smiled too.
Suddenly, John’s tone changed and he asked in a really nasty tone, “oh you think it’s funny?” My husband and I were so confused and started to feel uncomfortable. We looked at each other and back at John and my husband said “uh, yeah..?” He then accused my husband of violating a federal law and refused to complete the sale — all over a harmless misunderstanding. I explained I hadn’t helped at all, that I thought he had made a joke but he was cold, condescending, and completely unprofessional. I left feeling humiliated, like I’d done something wrong just for responding to what felt like a joke. It would have been a great opportunity to educate a potential repeat customer and build rapport..
We left and bought the same gun at another shop nearby, where the staff treated us with kindness and respect. I’m so glad we didn’t give this place our money.

I see that yall deleting negative comments and reviews! Hiding the fact that your store employees steal money and then accuse someone who has never stolen anything in his life of taking money! He took his $6 dollars and change and nothing else. He never reached over the counter and took anything! Maybe the manager should look at his own employees rather than accusing someone who did nothing! He bought two guns, a membership and other things! If I know him...he probably had another 1000 in cash in his pocket so WHY! would he want to take money off the counter after he had just purchased something! Ridiculous! You ruined the spirt of this young man and now he feels he can't go anywhere practice safe shooting and safety! Thank you for that! People need to be aware of this place and the inside thievery that goes on here! Let's see that tape! Let's see him reaching over....and sure...let's call the police like you threatened him! Pathetic is what yall are!

Can't recommend this place enough, mostly due to our awesome instructor Ben. We are from Israel and live in a remote area, and we wanted to improve our defensive shooting skills. We could not have had a better experience. Ben was patient, encouraging and highly professional in his critique. His tips radically improved my accuracy. He also helped my wife feel confident handling a gun for the first time. Really appreciate the instruction!

I am reluctant to write this review because everytime I write a positive review for a business it seems like everything goes down hill after that.I'm going to take my chance. The staff are all really nice and helpful.I have been able to get a lane with no wait.I did buy a membership on my 1st visit because it was cheaper then paying for range time, renting a firearm ,ear and eye gear for 2 people. I am glad I did because now I get free range time for 2, and free rental (Although I have since purchased a firearm)so it is worth the membership.I have had a couple problems with reserving a lane online but I just showed up and got a lane right away.Since I got my membership I have been going 1-2 times a week and I really enjoy it.I was not going to keep my membership after my 1st month but I think I will now because I have had nothing but good experiences everytime I go.I just signed up for the range proficiency class for my ccl.I really hope my review doesn't back fire on me. I hope all my future visits are as good as my past ones!!!Thanks Range USA!!

Had an amazing experience. I setup 2 private lessons with Ben. He made the lessons enjoyable and instructive. If you’re looking for someone to teach and make you laugh Ben is your guy.

I am passionate about guns & safe shooting and decided on giving it a try in Range USA at Round Rock. My friend joined me and we took our private lesson with instructor Ben (Benjamin Lanzotti) today and it was an amazing experience. Ben is a veteran and obviously knows a lot about guns. But what made the experience special was that Ben is a very good teacher who corrected us every time we made a mistake - in terms of proper stance, holding the gun and having a good grip, aiming at the target etc. We thoroughly enjoyed the lesson and shooting with the Glock and AR15. By the end of the session, we felt we had added a life skill and took our 1st step towards building a quality hobby.

My husband and I came on a Saturday and expected the place to be super busy. We were both first timers and had no idea what we were doing. Ben was absolutely fantastic! We took a private lesson with him and he made us love it. We even got the membership and will be back!

Ben is great. From the time I walked in he took care of me as a first time shopper. He stayed after his shift to get me set up and also lead the class for my ltc. Great class and tons of info. Would recommend to anybody.10/10

This gun store and shooting range is by far the best in our area. It is well run by trained professionals that are as friendly as they are helpful. It is a great addition to the city of Round Rock. Give them a try.

Why did you require to see my ID when buying ammo? You said it was a legal thing but everything I can find says no id required for ammo sales in TX.
