When I first heard about this bank I heard good news! I did some research on it! The staff and the manager introduced themselves to me and made me feel like home! They welcome me with open arms! I will put my money into this bank! I will continue to keep saving!

Banked with RBFCU for several years with a multitude of small, inconvenient, but not critical issues, until recently. My account was hacked and when I presented the issue to them, they stated they would prevent further withdrawals and work to reimburse me for the fraud. Two days later, a further four fraudulent transactions went through. I had to bring these further fraudulent actions to their attention. They reimbursed me, then pulled the reimbursement. Then gave it back. Then pulled it again. They sent a different debit card. I suggested opening a different account to prevent further fraud. They sent a second card. I waited for 9 days for the card to arrive with no access beside a drive to their nearest branch. Further, my fiancee attempted to deposit a check, in my name, into my account as a gift. They locked me out of mobile banking permanently because their algorithm flagged it as unusual. She cancelled the check after that, and I switched to a different institution. I have been without access to my money for nearly 2 weeks because of their ineptitude and carelessness. Bank anywhere else. Save yourself the headache.

I have been looking to refinance an auto loan and figured id try Rbfcu. Immediately walked out when i found out i have to video call someone to open an account/talk through options.Not the kind of banking I personally want to be a part of.If you don't have a person i can talk to face to face, I don't want any business banking here

These people don’t know what they are doing. Useless not helpful at all. I don’t recommend. Had me back and fourth to different departments. I’d give them zero stars if possible.

Unfortunately, at least my experience with this bank cannot be trusted. I rented two safe deposit boxes to store important things and the day I decided to take out my clothes and close the accounts in the boxes, I realized that some hoops earrings and a blue cameo pendant had disappeared. that day I decided to remove them and close the accounts of the two boxes; I could not believe it. When I arrive at my destination, I check the photos of the other cell phone where I took photos when I saved them and indeed guards were there and the two pieces disappeared. I cannot complain since at first I was reluctant to accept it. but they can also say that I took them out and that I am lying. but I'm sure that's the reality. Is incredible!

I would rate 0 stars if I could but that's not possible so they get to have one, good for them... I have only ever had problems with these people, multiple times I've been given incorrect information regarding my account, I had so many problems paying bills online that my credit score has suffered immensely from this. Management is apparently not on site and they don't ever get back to you. I gave them 2 weeks and nothing.... I did not feel valued or noticed in any way whatsoever by this institution and if you want someone who handles your money with care I suggest you go somewhere else. DO NOT RECOMMEND RBFCU

disappointed that they now charge their customers with accounts a fee of 5% (used to be free) for the coin counter next time i'll bring em in rolled and another thing don't plan on a short and simple call if you have to get hold of them it'll take at least 25-40 for anyone to acknowledge you whatta joke

Rickety Brookes now refuses to send my VA, Social Security and Military retirement to the same bank they sent $12,000 on March 30th. What waste. Stay away

Everyime I call,any branch, they all have same #. Your on hold for 9 minutes! What the heck? All my other banks, no more than 1 minute! Hire some people!!!
