I’ve been a customer of this bank for a while, and my mortgage account is currently with them. In 2024, I received several phone calls and letters offering a bonus for opening a savings account. I went to the branch, opened the account, and met all the requirements to qualify.
When the bonus wasn’t deposited within the expected time frame, I spoke with a branch manager. She looked into my case and later called me back to confirm I was eligible and assured me the bonus would be credited. Unfortunately, that manager left the branch, and since then, I haven’t been able to speak with the new manager—and I still haven’t received the promised bonus.
It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional for a financial institution to offer promotions to bring in customers and then fail to honor them. I hope the bank addresses these issues seriously to avoid losing customer trust.

I’ve been with this bank for years and always have been please,First time at this location had a very bad experience with Mikayla Tenorio.She was very rude towards me for no apparent reason.Will stay away from this location!!!

Regardless of which branch I visit, the People of Regions have always gone above and beyond to make sure I have exactly what I need. I feel confident try they have my best interest at heart and will do whatever it takes to help me solve any banking questions I have.

Very good I did not know they closed at 1 and where I live this is the closest bank for regions but luckily I got there before and they were able to help me out! Definitely recommend this location for Regions?

Great customer service. We have to drive here almost all the time because the Georgetown location is awful to deal with, but the ladies here are great and always helpful.

The old bait and switch! Promised an offer of $400 for opening an acct for my 13 year old son and it never showed up. When I asked about it they said we took off e statements but they could never show proof. I had little to no follow up from them. The only redeeming part of this place is Shannom who went to bat for me best she could. It is ao messed up to be treated like this on your first experience with a bank. My 23 year old was devastated. Going back to a real bank that cares about customers. I will be reporting these poor practices to the attorney general, banking commission and anyone else who will listen!

The folks at Regions are awesome! They treat you like you are important!I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews. Things happen like ATM not working. It does not mean their team does not ROCK.
