This service is BAD. Miss pickups EVERY week. When you call they give you the run around and say they are going to pick it up and they don’t.

The worst service I have seen they did not pick up my service I call and got the run around I have been waiting for 7 days and still no pickup I called at least 22 times and got all lies poor quality staff and liers stay away from this company they will take your money and no help that's how they treat disabled veterans shame on this company of liers

Worst company ever.My husband & I have signed up with them 3 months now & had nothing but problems. Missed pickups all most every week or some other issue.
Then when you call it seems like you're getting the help you need but that gets messed up. Everyone has a different answer never the same story. Really I've never seen anything thing like this company.

⭐☆☆☆☆ “Bulk” pickup… that fits in a trash can? Neat trick.
Got a postcard promising one free bulk pickup a year with mattresses and furniture listed as accepted. Call in and suddenly it’s $60 for a mattress and $50 for furniture, and nothing larger than 3×3×3. So… the “bulk” has to fit inside the same size as my cart? That’s not bulk—that’s Tuesday. If there are fees and a tiny size cap, say that on the mailer. Happy to follow rules, just don’t advertise free bulk pickup and then shrink it to dollhouse scale on the phone.

Editing my original review and rating because I finally got the proper help the last time I called and my order was picked up. It’s basically rolling the dice on getting someone who really knows what they’re doing to answer the phone. I wish I remembered her name but she was lovely and helped resolve my issue quickly, updating to 4 starts.

I have called to have a bulk pickup scheduled over 6 times. I scheduled the original pickup 15 days in advance. I had to provide a detailed list of everything that was in the pile. It was never picked up. I called and had it rescheduled for pick up 4 times now and it has still not been picked up. What should’ve been on the curb for a couple days has now been there for two weeks, completely killing the grass under it. Every time I call they say everything looks good on their end and they just reschedule it but nothing it happening. We have moved out of that house and our landlord is trying to make the house ready for the next tenants which is hard to do with a massive trash pile at the curb. Terrible communication and service!

They arent picking up stuff on the side of the trashcans. We are allowed to have up to 7 items No larger than 40lbs and no bigger 4' x4' x4'. I have stuck to that and its usually one item like an extra trash bag that didnt fit.
No one gets out of the truck its just the machine doing it and they ignore everything around it.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I scheduled a bulk pickup for a Friday. It is now Thursday and still hasn’t been picked up. I keep getting told that it’s going to be picked up but it doesn’t. No one seems to know what’s going on. Terrible terrible company

They are normally good, but I scheduled a sofa and chair pick up for Monday 5/6 but pouring down rain and storms kept us from putting them at curb. I called Republic and they told me that the guys reported they picked them up and it went smoothly. ? Charged me $80. I rescheduled but called to cancel ahead of time. Waiting to see what the guys say this time. They didn’t do the work and won’t reverse the charge until the bill comes out and I call again.

Today is May 6, 2024 Monday at 12:10 PM truck number 2310. picked up my trash today at my house in HURST ZIP Code 76054. Seems like the people we pay to pick up our trash get paid very well. I know that for a fact, I know some Matt works for a company like that.. when you get annoyed because he has pick up your trash and takes your trashcan and throws around trash coming out of it and then breaking one of those plastic trash cans you buy from Lowe's for about $85 and you go out and say something to him and drives his hands up in the air like who. We pay for these people do for us.. They have no respect for our.. The trash company does not supply this trashcan the black ones we supply them or we use plastic bags.. and I always found out. It's a lot more sanitary to use the trash cans the plastic bags cause they break open.. but when you have an employee your trash. turn around and get annoyed about it doing his job first of all. It really takes me off that I paid the company to do this and the problem is HURST is the one that these companies.. and I believe CITY OF HURST needs to make a complaint and put a stop to the way they treat the public that we pay the city services for. We pay taxes.. it seems like today. Things are getting worse and worse. Nobody cares about the job they do.. who they working for

Update after posting here & sending an email to customer service, the crew came out and removed the trash bag ……over the past two weeks they have not picked up my trash bag. the trash can was emptied. I called and spoke to a very nice lady who assured me the trash bag would be picked up the next day. nope. it is still there. on my neighborhood walk last night quite a few homes still had trash bags out front at 8pm.
