Went to the property on Saturday to look at units, I'm not ready to rent at this time, but when I do, I will go with RightSpace. Becky the property manager is very helpful and professional.

I forgot her name. I think it was Rebecca. She was great to my wife and kids while I looked around. She was great at holding conversations. Thank you right space for having such great employees.

Becky was awesome! Becky is not ai. Becky is not the name of a self-serve kiosk. I went in looking for a specific sized storage room of which was not available at the time. That was unfortunate because a few other boxes were checked. I continued my search and put some money on a storage room that was at a comparable facility of which was inconvenient due to distance and traffic situations. A couple of days after my initial visit, Becky called to let me know they have exactly what I was looking for. I may have taken a small lo$$ by not utilizing the other storage room at the other facility but, it's worth it. I'm glad Becky called. Great customer service with a smile. 👍 - Glen

Great experience with Dewayne and Becky. Went in to rent a space after a bad experience with another company. Dewayne was great and patient even though he was having computer issues. Then two days after renting, I manage to lose the keys to my lock. Becky was so kind as to help me drill out the old lock and replace it in July Texas heat. Kind folks and great service.

The staff is great. Becky is awesome. Unfortunately after NSA took over, they failed to renew the USPS contract which provided a great service to this community. NSA - renew the USPS contract. Make sure the employees, tenants, and community members are your priority. If you serve them, you will succeed.
