Mr. Elander and Sheri are always available to take care of my insurance needs whether it be auto or home. I have been able to reduce my collision deductible to $0. due to safe driving rewards. Mr. Elander continually keeps me updated with all the changes and updates that I need to know. I am very satisfied and pleased with their service.

I receive notices that my drive time is not working. I cannot open my Allstate app because somehow my password has disappeared. I can’t reset the password because the phone number supplied is not to a human but rather a machine. I am totally discussed with the whole process.
