Zane helped me find exactly what I was looking for, made some no-pressure recommendations for accessories (some of which I went for, other I passed on), and I left with an armful of goodies that I can’t WAIT to put to use.
I love that we have a Rockler in the Austin area, and I can’t speak highly enough of the good shopping experience I just had.

Always greeted when I come in the door by friendly helpful staff. Typically they have what I need, just wish they were closer to the house. Or maybe not, might be broke if they were.

Drove 30 mins to find the door locked 15 minutes early. Really Wish company’s would keep the hours they display.

I have had only amazing experiences here. I bought most of the tools in my shop from them and they've gone above and beyond to offer advice and support along the way. You can always get a better deal at Home Depot or Lowes, but you can't get the quality, expertise, and support at those places. I will continue shopping here and Can't say enough good things about these folks.

Could not have been better. Walked in, told them what I was looking to buy. The saw was brought up, I paid, and had help loading it in my truck. The whole transaction took about 20 minutes. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
