Sales person offered to help me right after I entered the store. I knew what I wanted and he very helpfully showed me several options. Wanted it delivered before my husband came home from the hospital. He got it set up and I left very satisfied.

Really terrible quality couches. Bought one in April 2022. Less than two months after we got it the fabric was piling all over and looked horrible. Thank goodness we bought the protection plan. The tech came out and said it would have to be replaced, it couldn’t be fixed. However, when he left rooms to go reached out to me and said they wouldn’t replace it. I had to argue with them to get a new couch.We picked out a different couch as a replacement. It arrived in September 2022. It’s now a year later and, no joke, the couch looks like it’s 20 years old. The cushions haven’t held their shape at all and it’s become so uncomfortable we are having to replace this couch. Complete waste of thousands of dollars.Both couches we tried were sectionals and the sections constantly were coming apart. Really shoddy craftsmanship and quality.The salesmen are nice but they do ask you to leave them 5 star reviews.

First time buying furniture for me, Mrs Kim Capella was very friendly, extremely professional. She was knowledgeable about the furniture I wanted, and helped me out in a timely fashion. What wasn’t available, she made sure I get ASAP. I will definitely recommend her to my friends/family. Thank you so much.

Rooms to Go is mine and my husband’s favorite to go to place for all of our furniture needs. We have been so very fortunate to have met a couple of great salespersons who have both had 36 years plus of sales experience and never once have we ever felt pushed, rushed or followed in any store over a course of 12 years, as we’ve done countless visits just window shopping.. Lots to see and choose from, something new and different every time and it’s never been a challenge to find quality pieces that not only fit our taste but also fits well within our budget. Highly recommended…..(upgrading Sophia Vergara dining and living room furniture purchased 6 years ago <3)

James was fantastic to work with on our two visits. Very helpful but no pressure from him at all. Gave us time and space to figure things out and then made the checkout process quick and painless. Really good buying experience that we appreciated very much!

Not a great customer service experience. The salesperson James at the time of my purchase. But one of my items delivered were wrong. I went back to the store James was out and a lady in store was very rude, didn’t listen to me and immediately said « you need to call customer service, we don’t handle anything in store ». Called customer service twice and sent pictures twice and was sent back to the store. Went to the store and spoke with a manager who ended up saying « I’m sorry only customer service can help you but they are currently closed, I will follow up with this tomorrow ».If when I first walked into the store around 3pm, I’m sure by now my concern would have been resolved. But the customer service experience is ridiculous! They took my money in seconds and are taking forever to have their customers satisfied?!! Nobody listens & pays attention. This was my first & last experience with RoomsToGo.I just need my items replaced ASAP or my money refunded if no one can assist.

We just purchased a mattress, along with pillows. Kim Capella was our salesperson and we could not have asked for anyone better or more awesome!! She was very kind, honest and very knowledgeable about the mattresses we were looking at and especially about the one we purchased. Will definitely go see Kim for any future furniture needs!!

Don’t normally do reviews but just wanted to say that our sales representative Jay Holcomb was amazing, great knowledge about the product we wanted, asked the right questions, made great suggestions and was amazing to work with, really cares about the customer. I strongly recommend him to anyone who visits the story awesome guy.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kim was amazing! We originally walked in for a couch and the possibility of a new bed. She helped us pick out the best couch AND bed. She’s very friendly and funny. Definitely made the whole process so easy and simple! If you ever need any new furniture I would recommend Kim! Will definitely be coming back!

We came here for the first time on Saturday and then again Tuesday evening in need of a new couch for our new home, and we loved the many many options Rooms To Go has for sofas, sectionals, and recliners.James was great to work with! He greeted us at the door, asked us what we were looking for, and pointed us at the right direction to start looking! Checked up on us halfway through our viewing and checked to see when, the items we were interested in, would be delivered if we went ahead and ordered them. Didn't pressure us whatsoever! The applying and checking out process was quick, no funny business, which we appreciate!!! Overall loved the service and the MANY affordable and great quality options they have!

Worst furniture shopping experience I have ever had. This was my first time using rooms to go and it was a huge mistake.The first image shows the dresser I looked at in store, and the second shows what I was delivered today. Very different colors, but both have the same item number and are supposedly the same color. Apparently the dresser in store is a very old model and the color has since been updated. I feel like that’s important information to provide a customer before they make a purchase. I was expecting the color in store to show up at my home, not an almost black dresser. I will never understand why this was not disclosed to me. And why do you have an old model of the dresser in your showroom when it looks nothing like the new model that customers will receive?Because of this I spent 4 HOURS on the phone with support today trying to get this resolved. It took them that long to figure out why I was delivered a different color than I was shown. And it was like pulling teeth trying to get a refund on something that was their mistake. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for them to pick this dresser up and then another week for a refund. I’m 8 months pregnant and trying get furniture purchased for our nursery but now will have to delay another 3 weeks thanks to rooms to go. I am disgusted by your lack of customer service.

Let me start by saying that waking in I had to mentally prepare myself for the onslaught of salespersons that I assumed would be waiting on the inside. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Kim was great, she greeted us with a smile and her knowledge of the products and protection plan was so helpful. Kim even helped me realize that with the 3 year protection plan, the white couch of my dreams was possible with 4 pets and a toddler. Best experience furniture shopping and I would recommend you ask for Kim!

I have been a long time client of Rooms to To Go Mike Tran is my Go to sales person. He is not pushy and very accommodating. My recent purchase required management to become involved. First I spoke with Micah, very kind and attentive. He involved the GM who understood my concerns and addressed them, swiftly. Client care is crucial, exceptions are not required but when that happens appreciation becomes necessary. Thank you all for my recent experience at Rooms to go.Blessings.

Emmaleigh in the patio section is AMAZINGGGG! We literally couldn’t be happier that we had the chance to work with her vs anyone else. Not only was she so patient with us, she made us feel like we were the only people in the store ON A MEMORIAL DAY SALE WEEKEND! She was so swamped with customers WELL after close and she still didn’t break a nervous sweat or make us feel rushed....Great job Emmaleigh, thanks again! Will be coming back to see you for more!

My sales representative, Ekko, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and understanding. I truly believe that my family got what we needed because she listened so well. I had a ton of questions, and she answered all of them. If she didn’t know the answer straight off, she went and found a person who did. She was so accommodating and helpful from the moment. I spoke to her on the phone while I was driving there until the end of the sale. I have contact numbers and information. I completely understand the delivery, and if there is a question or problem, I feel confident that it will get resolved. This was a really important purchase for my family as it is a graduation gift for my oldest child. I could tell that she was supported by her coworkers and managers as well. There was just a good vibe in the store, Even though there were a lot of customers in the store, there was plenty of space to have a one on one conversation with the sales rep. privately. I feel great about the purchase.
