Just wanna give a shout out to Robert the manager there he went out of his way to help me. I had ordered a blackstone off Amazon for my uncle there in Hutto and after a week they informed me that it was lost!!! I then called your store and asked Robert if he could help me and he went and looked and told me that he had 1 left. Long story short I gave him my card # and he told me he would have it to my uncle by Christmas. 45 min later my uncle called and said that it had been delivered. This kind of employee is the reason I choose Ace 1st on all the things I need. Thank you again Sir you made our day Gid bless. Bryan Willis

The people at Roosters went way above and beyond! The day before thanksgiving I had bought some turkey seasoning online for in store pick up. I went to head up at 5 when I got off work but when I put the store in my maps it said they were closed. I called and they told me they were closing early to make sure their employees had a full thanksgiving with their families. I told them the situation and asked if they could hide my seasoning somewhere outside so I could come pick it up, instead they waited 30 minutes past closing so they could make sure I got it. They could not have been more friendly or helpful!!!

The people at this store were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help us get what we needed. Our daughter loves it there too because they have these little baskets that she can push around the store with us.

I was troubleshooting a plumbing issue (water leaking through my primary bath into my kitchen ceiling!) which involved replacing my bathtub drain.
The older gentleman that helped me was clearly knowledgeable without speaking down to me. He gave me useful advice about what was necessary and what wasn’t, as well as suggested next steps if the drain replacement didn’t fix it. Turns out that was all I needed (around $40 in tools and parts vs a $6k plumbing quote!) but I’ll definitely be back to this neighborhood store for future projects.

I went there to pick up an online order I had placed days prior. Literally in and out within 2 minutes! It was faster than ordering a Hot N Ready pizza from Little Cesar's! The gentleman brought my order to my truck for me, loaded it up, and I was on my way. This being my first experience with Ace, they made a very good first impression!

ACE Hardware on Palm Valley in Round Rock is a great place to shop. The employees are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I love to shop there. It’s an extra bonus to shop while eating their free freshly popped popcorn.
