You can always tell when there's bad management. The manager was walking around doing nothing and left the clerk up there by himself to ring up a line of people.
The store had a great selection. But was honestly very unorganized and the manager is clearly the problem.

Some of the staff here are very rude & disrespectful. The manager is nice but she looks like a DEI hire straight out of high school. I spoke with corporate about these issues & nothing was ever addressed. I will not be shopping here again.

The floor is covered with shoes. The whole store is messy and disorganized. The security guard is standing right in front of the register and I was the only one she checked to make sure I wasn't stealing. She didn't check no one else . Only difference was I'm Mexican or I'm old can't say. But the cashier was awesome.

Store ridiculously filthy! Shoes, hats, you name it... on the floor. I ask the guy regulating the door about it and he says yes cause women don't put things back!..... I will drive to a cleaner Ross... no thank you!

Horrible customer service. Stood in line to checkout for over 25 minutes. One checker with line around the corner. Finally the one lady checking called for backup which came very slow. Terrible

Their checkout agent forgot to remove the anti-theft device/pin/tag from one of the baby dress, we found that at home. I bought it back, I bought the receipt, they investigated it life I stole it, when they finally related it with a purchased item on my receipt they removed the pin but showed no courtesy, no excuse for wasting my time and treating me like a suspect, I will never feel good about going back there, it's their mistake that makes me drive 12 miles, their employees either paid very low or they have a serious shoplifting crisis.

What's is going on with the lost prevention people at this store? They watch every single customer have their items bagged by the cashier , and then they ask for your receipt and check your items purchased? On top of that, long lines to pay and long line to get out of the store. Whats going on with the management? No good treatment for the customers.
