Had row #4 seats for Josh Turner ,and 1 of the 4 attendants we encountered was rude. I just wanted to know if we were in the correct aisle based on our seat number and she wanted to see all of our tickets, (3) of them.
After seeing all of our tickets, she said I don't know and told us to check with the attendant up ahead on her aisle.
Turned out we were two aisles away and had to turn around, walk past the 1st rude attendant again.
The venue did not provide notice that per inclement weather what time the opening and main artist would play - time shifted up and we missed the opener and 2 songs at least of the main concert.
Also some people claimed they had our seats but then scooted over. We as guests had to tell them they were in our seats versus the attendants helping resolve that situation.
Fyi there's only portable toilets.

A simple stage surround by trees but little if any shade in the center, not a full amp at all. While the sound was good the food was very limited with options on top of $20 for parking in the grass. This place could use some help with fresh ideas for improvements.

It’s 4:15 and the band is still setting up. There are exactly 4 food trucks with nachos, corn dogs, and catfish. Not exactly best of the best IMO. Paid $80 for VIP, which means we get an air conditioned bathroom (the best part.) There is only one tent for margs… when you say fest I’m thinking it’s about the margs… and it wasn’t. The garnish still had rinds. The parking area is confusing and not listed except in the FAQ. Overall this place has potential but these little things will prevent me from returning cause it feels like a money grab and not about the customers experience.

We went to the Round Rock Amphitheater to see Josh Turner. Our seats were inexpensive and we had a great view of the stage. The staff were really friendly. For what it’s worth the port a potties were clean and fresh.

We went to our first concert here yesterday. I was absolutely shocked by the actions of the staff.
We were evacuated mid-concert for a severe weather event. The concert was canceled, and they asked everyone to leave immediately. Lightning was striking close to the venue, and a hailstorm was inbound.
People grabbed what they could and started heading out.
They opened the fence up so people could stream out through all the emergency exits.
As I was leaving, one of the venue employees who was monitoring the exit was not allowing anyone to leave if they were holding an alcoholic beverage container.
The couple next to me each had beer can in their hand. She yelled at them that they can’t leave with alcohol. They asked if there’s a trash can at the exit. She said no, this is an emergency exit, so there’s no trash can. They dropped their beer cans on the ground. She screamed at them to pick them up and find a place to throw them away or she would call the police on them. They asked if she wanted them to go back into the venue against the huge flow of traffic, and she said, that’s for you to figure out.
I don’t know what happened after that, because I left.
They weren’t the only ones with this issue. This was, after all, an emergency.
The staff of this venue needs to be trained on what causes a crush. Her behavior was reprehensible, and could even become deadly. There’s a time for compliance with the normal rules, and an emergency isn’t it.

Saw Megan Moroney at this sold-out venue last night and was impressed. Great acoustics, well-managed once inside, and close to home—a big plus. I recommend upgrading to VIP/Pit or the seated sections; the GA area looked packed. Merch, food, drinks, and porta-potties were all fine. Entry lines were a bit confusing, and staff gave me some conflicting directions, but nothing major. Overall, totally worth it. If a favorite artist is playing here, don’t hesitate—go.

I’ve been to four events here now and I can solidly say, it’s a hard pass for me to ever come back. Sat in line for a hour (no exaggeration) just to park, they have ONE parking attendant taking money. The line was backed up all the at to university blocking that main thoroughfare. Their policies are written by Karen. You used to be able to bring at least a blanket to sit; now everything is prohibited. I think this venue forgot to consider the concertgoer in experience. This place is not for me. Much better venues around Austin,

This place is ridiculous. They charge a $5 fee for minors even if the minor has a paid ticket. Cash only parking in year 2025.
Never going back here and recommend others stay away.

Setup for show, sound, and overall atmosphere is good. Parking is ok, but for any physical limitations that someone may have make it a little tricky to get in and get around the venue. Area inside venue is flat so any general admission seating is on ground and only blankets allowed. No low beach chairs allowed. Limited VIP seating areas. Venue used to have several food vendors but now only a couple of food vendors available with limited options.

Nice place, that's it went to see Randy Roger's Band. Good thing tickets were free. The atmosphere was boring all night. Maybe better luck next concert.

I didn't even know this place excited until I recently went with some friends. It's an outdoor place, so it was a little muddy but not horrible.
They had a few alcohol concession stands and food trailers. It'd be nice if they had more seating.
