They are terrible in behavior and attention, as they help people in need, I am a mother without a job, who really needs support, with her rent at this time and food and they rejected my applications, just yesterday I sent an application for my rent and food and clothing yesterday before closing and today all my requests were rejected, they did not even bother to check it, but may God bless them and give them more. Because I am not in the habit of asking for this same thing but my need now is great and I thought they were good people

unfortunately we have a very tough days and we needed help anyhow even groceries can be a big help to us during this time, for a first time we went there and after one hour we get a pink paper, we got vegetables and few choice of fruits, next day when we worked up watermelon we got from them it was exploded everywhere in kitchen it was yellow nasty water with terrible smell, also papaya was rotten as well, also tortilla bread they were all not fresh and stock together I tried to make at least use one piece of it but unfortunately I couldn’t because all were stick together and as one piece I put in trash ?I had to trough them away , and besides the bad quality stuff most of the volunteer not very nice and friendly ??? I post the picture of the banana they gave it to us after 10 days hard like a stone.

Twice I have talked to people here and the lady is rude and talks over you. You already have to ask for help and your attitude is asinine. I also applied online for rent help and was denied even though you had all the documents in your hands and I clearly qualified.

The Serving Center is a great addition to the community! All the volunteers and staff are very helpful! They are very careful in what they accept as donations, but understandably so!

I want to leave a review for what I saw today in the retail store ; I overheard a lady complaining to the clerk that one of the workers keeps changing prices on the donated items making it difficult for them to purchase even though there is a list of prices . That this was not the first time it’s occurred. I witnessed the worker (the check out clerk said her name is Kim) she took a toy away from a buyer and said it was not for sale after the buyer asked for the price. A worker came up and snatched the toy away from buyer ( worker claimed it was a name brand and not for sale”) the calm buyer said “you keep doing this to me ; first with furniture and now with a cheap toy” . Attention RR serving center please stop having your employees do this ! I donate a lot and now wondering if your employees are not being fair to the community. Please train your employees about professionalism and integrity. That was embarrassing for people to see this. Btw some other lady caught the incident on her phone it was her mother who was the buyer .

Sadly, something has changed in last couple months or so at the resale store. Prices are high (and I don't mean just high, but many items were ridiculously priced like a NuWave oven for $175.00!!!!) It's been priced that high for at least two or three months. Many of the glassware pieces are priced way beyond what they should be and it is not desirable glassware, either. I haven't found anything worth the visit in months so I'm not sure if donations are down or what has happened but this is no longer a favorite stop for me. If they are going to expand the size of this store, I hope they re-look at their pricing policies. I also stopped donating when I saw they had discontinued their discounts a couple months back and saw what had happened with the pricing. I hesitated to post a bad review, but when I stopped today, I saw the same dinnerware and glassware and many other items still on the shelves. I hope this changes for the future.

Got food here and they were nice. I also applied for financial assistance and they called me and left a rude voicemail. They said my zip code wasn't in their area and basically call 211 and figure it out. They deactivated my account and there is no way to call them. Apparently I shouldn't have even been able to get food so I guess I have to start over.

Had lots of reasonably priced stuff. Person behind the furniture store counter was very friendly! Donation drop off was very easy.

Watch out for the guy Carl he overprice things he a rip-off I had donate tons of things here to help the community but it's ridiculous when Carl try to rip-off when ur purchase something giving thinking this is a high class look things online and make up a outrageous price for Donate things he always do this when things are not markup

These ladies at this center( Liz, Rachel and Bayleigh) are completely remarkable. They are comforting, understanding and go above and beyond to help out. The way they work as a team, listen and solve made my experience there truly amazing. I can't say enough about these wonderful women. Thank you so much for all you do day in and day out. Blessings upon you'll.
