If I could give it 0 star I would. Don't trust anyone, I went today, February 21, 2025, to remove coverage that I had not requested from the beginning, I said I did not want extra coverage. But this dealership with deceptive practices got me to sign coverage. There is nothing left when I went to talk to the financier to complain to him, the girl at the reception or information was covering up for the financier by telling me that he was not there, there is that he did not know about him and if he was there, there is all this because of the language barrier, they take advantage of you and do not explain things well, only what they want

The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion

If I could give Round Rock Auto Body 10 stars, I would. They are local, family owned, and they provide impeccable service.Debbie was incredibly helpful in navigating everything with insurance, and Paul is so thorough in the work that he does. My car came back to me after some major hail damage looking & driving fantastic.They were very transparent about what was going on with my car as it was getting fixed along with how long it would take. I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body work!

Had a good experience with them! Work turned out great! Had one issue found a few weeks after but they were very responsive and corrected the issue quickly. I will use them again if/when needed and will recommend them!

They are Amazing. I panicked because I'm not sure what auto body to trust. But after looking at the positive comments on them. 100% Confidant they Will help. They are on top of all communication. Along with help with Deductible if your situation calls for it.

Great customer service and communication. Debbie was awesome to work with, explained the process and exactly what would be done. Top notch job done on significant hail damage and returned my truck clean and better than when I left it!

They did a fantastic job. Much faster and more affordable than any other option. They replaced the bumper on my rx350 and did a great job, and the paint was a perfect match. Very happy with result and would highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Debbie and her husband. They gave me more information than my insurance company did, making the process much smoother and easier. I got my car back in two weeks when other shops wouldn't even take my car for a month. In addition, Debbie kept me informed every step of the way. Excellent customer service from the initial phone call! I met a couple of the team members when I dropped my car off to be repaired and they walked me through the process of it all. Deb texted me to keep me informed of the status of my car and when it would be completed. She even stayed late one evening so I could pick up my car that particular day.
