Trish made our buying experience at Round Rock Honda a 5-star event. We were simply exploring options and test drove a Honda Passport. Trish answered all of our questions and followed-up with a few informative texts, links and attachments. Later, we negotiated a fair price through simple, straight-forward negotiations via text. How refreshing! There was no pressure! We simply came in to sign. In the finance office, we were offered several support, service and warranty options by Joshua. He explained everything. More important: There were no hidden fees, unwanted add-ons and no padding of the finance interest rate. Again, all questions answered and NO pressure. We will be shopping here again.

I had an excellent car buying experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. Everything was explained clearly and the process was smooth. I am very, very happy and definitely would recommend Round Rock Honda to anyone looking for great car —–a HONDA.

Alan was amazing ! While Ben wasn’t in he made sure he tried his best to assure an approval. They all were patient and really tried their best with me. Alan was very very communicative throughout this process. He did have to leave after letting me know deal was approved but as I told him I thank him for really focusing on what I want and what I have and trying to figure things out. You all just made my year . Ben was great for taking the time to show me the car I purchased and making sure I know how to navigate. I always wanted the 2026 Honda civic hatchback. I’m so happy. The finance manager was very friendly and nice to talk to. I’m glad I did business with you guys and the patience yall have is amazing ❤️ Alan you’re the best !!!!!

John Dee’s I got to work with , I let him know about my accident, and he made me feel comfortable and took my time to feel out the car let me drive it at night and in the day time before getting it to make sure. And I love the car. He’s super kind and did his job made it easy process just took time like always at any dealership while getting a car. I appreciate you John Dees. I hope you keep going as a sales man you made things really smooth. Felt like I didn’t have to do much and you understand people and that’s a real sales person. As a sales manager in the past for myself you want to personally get to know your customers and be kind. And that is what you did. Keep doing what you’re doing. Thank you again. Have a good day

I purchased a 2026 Ridgeline Black addition the sales experience was hassle free and quick! I added some accessories though the parts/service department the price was very reasonable and I recommend Round Honda!

Purchased CRV sport l in black from Honda Round rock recently.
Terry and Branda helped us navigate through the process easily . Terry made sure that we get the car of our choice and our specifications and Brada served us patiently answering every question from the time we entered to the time we came out with the new car.
Finance department needs minor improvements with people who can have more customer friendly conversations. We felt at some point the executive was a little rude in replying our queries
Overall we are happy with the car and experience.

Very disappointed. 2 hr. service and the car wasn't touched. I thought it was done, as it was parked outside, and went to the desk to ask. Rude service manager, full of excuses. Snark side comment guy refused to give his name. 15 years of coming here and now a horrible experience. 5 people need more training, Dispatcher, Porter, Service Advisor, Service Sr. Manager and guy who refused to give his name. 5 stars are now 1 star. Think before buying from this dealer or service department. Old review below.
P.S. A manager's job is to calmly reassure, to acknowledge the problem and to resolve it, not gaslight the customer. Certainly no uninvolved employee should be making side comments about the matter. Also, please don't lie to the customer.
