I am absolutely IN LOVE with my new CR-V! My salesperson , Maddie Holman, did an amazing job helping me find a great fit. I’ve always been nervous going into dealerships as I am young and feel that I’d get taken advantage of. Maddie was very informative, funny, and sweet. The process was easy, efficient, and FUN! I am so impressed the service I got from Round Rock Honda buying my new Civic. Our car was unfortunately totaled by the hail storm, and Radley did an amazing job of taking care of us. He was happy to answer any and all questions, communicated beautifully, and was invested and excited for us with our new car. It was so nice to share in that joy! Erwin took great care of us during the financial portion as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, and I will be coming back again when it comes time to get our next new car. Thank you for taking such good care of my husband and I!

Round rock Honda was upfront and very communicative with my lease buy out. I started my lease journey back in august but wasn't ready to move forward. I was met with some great communication skills as , I recommend working with Cesar Mora as a rep! The waiting area is nice and clean, as well as their restrooms.The receptionist was so sweet .

I recently purchased a used vehicle and paid in full at Round Rock Honda. I am thoroughly disappointed by the experience. I am a Automotive technician by trade and they didn't fix any of the findings for a vehicle that was 8,000.00 dollars. They replaced the TPMS sensors and did not seal put the seals in properly and it was leaking from where the valve stems connect to the rims. also I noticed when in gear the whole car vibrated which I said was either a rough idle issue or motor mounts. The salesmen said oh my technicians are good and have over 15 years of experience. Tell me how a 15yr experienced tech misses the fact that all of the motor mounts are gone. They also left the battery terminals in there heavily corroded state. The air box clamps were all loose allowing air to bypass the Mass Air Flow Sensor. So after spending 8,000.00 dollars I have had to do and will have to to over a thousand dollars in personal labor and parts once its all said and done...possibly more. I did reach out to the salesmen associated with the purchase...who directed me to the service department. I have called left messages and have yet to receive a call back so I'm stuck with this as is purchase and fixing all the things that they intentionally missed and or neglected purposefully. If you buy a car from these people that's used, don't let them take advantage of you as they did me.

I attempted to call the dealership on Tuesday evening regarding a pre-owned vehicle during their posted business hours but was disconnected each time I called. Wednesday morning I received a call back. I explained that I was seriously interested in purchasing a vehicle but would like to come to an agreement over the phone since I live 3 hours away and am 9 months pregnant traveling with a toddler. The salesman confirmed that there was no damage to the vehicle after doing a walk around by it and offered to send a video. I never received a video and trusted his word- huge mistake. On Saturday morning, we confirmed with the salesman that we were making the 3 hour trip and were on our way. I received a video that was clearly edited to limit what was shown of one side of the car- and I asked if there was a dent in the vehicle (screenshot attached). I was told that this was "body lines" on the car. To minimize my time at the dealership, I submitted my credit application only to discover upon my arrival that they had the audacity to run my credit, tell me there was no damage, and lie to me. When we made it to the dealership, it was clear that there was significant body damage to the vehicle that could be seen from very far away and the salesman tried to say that he didn't see it because it was "dirty" (except the car was not at all dirty in the video). I went on to discover even more damage to the exterior and interior of the car and was told one story after another that didn't line up. To add insult to injury, the car was not detailed and full of dog hair, damage from the dog, previous spills, and had a an odor. There were more excuses about why there was no time to detail it in the past 4 days, but even just vacuuming out the dog hair would've taken 10 minutes. I am shocked by the dishonesty and lack of respect that this establishment has for their customers- let alone a mother who is 9 months pregnant traveling 3 hours with her family to buy a $60,000+ vehicle. I could go on further about other unacceptable issues transpired before and during our visit, but I don't believe in writing bad reviews to be vindictive- I just don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did today or worse.

I had a great experience here today. Joe was thoughtful, detailed and friendly. He wasn't pushy and was full of tips about the vehicles features. I used adaptive cruise control on my way home and it blew my mind!I'll definitely be buying from Round Rock Honda again when its time for our next car.

I checked on a truck online through email. I was told that it was in stock. When I got there they made me wait for Amanda, after 10 minutes I asked to just see the truck. We drive around to the different lots looking for it and then got a call stating that they no longer had it and was informed that they had another truck if I was interested. Which I wasn't, I came there to get the truck I checked on!! Horrible experience, with no regard for someone's time!!

Had been having issues starting my car so made the appointment and dropped off for a diag. Scott O. went above and beyond to keep me updated and informed so I knew what was going on and was able to get me back on the road in less than 48 hours. I truly am grateful to Scott and technicians who made my old Honda purr like new. I would highly recommend Scott for Honda owners in the area!

Great experience at Round Rock Honda this week. I had the good fortune to bump into Mr. Carl Weston. He was an amazing Sales Consultant. He showed us all the cars we wanted to chat about. Patiently worked with us to do the test drives, understood our needs, gave us good advice and helped us identify a beautiful vehicle. Trish was great! I told her what I wanted, and that's exactly what I got; a white HRV LX with grey interior. Also Sam, who handled all the of paperwork did a superb job of saving me money. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Honda for your next purchase! :)

I want to give a shoutout to Christian Canseco for helping us with our purchase of a 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport Touring. From the beginning as we walked into the showroom, he greeted us with warm welcome and was very friendly, even in today's high demand market. My mother’s birthday surprise was accomplished by the best sales associate, Trish Scheffer! She is top notch, she listened and it was just plain meant to be. She helped make our online transaction happen in a few hours. She was on it and understood although I was not in the same city she was going to get us what we needed and wanted. She made the experience so smooth and easy - YOU MUST use Trish, she will find a way. She played along with the surprise and she even took a video to capture all the gushy happy moment!
